Wow this really looks like a great project, definitely interested in this one. And I think it will go great, I hope they walk to walk as well and do some great development because the idea is excellent and one that will go far.

I am not sure but I think they will be in contracted with other telecom service providers. To provide service in 170 countries they need huge infrastructural base.
