the project is indeed a lot of scams happens for a few years. of course, this is quite unsettling many people who join in it. Yes I agree with you on this point, you do bounty campaign and after completion of work it comes to know the ICO fails or scam, at that time very bad feeling but you cannot do anything in this point but these scam forced you to choose bounty more carefully and make you more aware about joining a particular bounty. From last couple of months we see lot of bounty failed and bounty hunter get nothing after doing good work. My personal view on this is there Should be some more guide line about paying to bounty hunter whether your project is success or fail, bounty hunter do his work on his part so he should be paid.

Yes that's true your observation is correct and if the people is not aware of this reality that too many scam projects and ICO's that disguising as the legit one and waiting for perfect time to devour the prospected Investors. lets continue spreading this awareness to everybody for good.

Be very careful. You can easily lose money if you invest in a bad company. Check the developer information several times.
Most projects lack any legal information that explains the legal aspects and potential risks when investing in this ICO. Always check all information about the company before investing. Now really a lot of scam projects.but we cannot be sure whether the project is scam because more than 90% of ico is a scam.
