Big days ahead.

Mercedes, Ferrari and RBR will be presented in the next 4 days.

More black cars?

Mercedes is the weakest team about the speed of the car and about the progress of the development of the car. yes, if you only get the top 3 constructors at the end of the season it's easy. but if the drivers' world champion or the constructors' world champion is very unlikely to happen for Mercedes with a slow car.

I would say Horner looks EXACTLY like the type of boss you wouldn't want to have that does mobbing. I mean he looks quite intense and quite arrogant and he thinks he knows it all because he holds the power. So, if some smaller level employee did something he didn't like, he probably "abused" as in like yelled and threw stuff and so forth.

This is still a quite terrible thing and yet it is so normalized in society that we do not see that as a problem, we just warn him and move on and he tries to control himself a bit more, loses himself a bit again time to time but tries to be better. It is of course not as terrible as abuse in other sense, that would be disgusting, but I really doubt that would be the case, it is just bullying because he is a real bully, we can see that.
I'm very sceptical about this kind of stuff, things like #meToo and similar. Nowadays it's easy to ruin someone's reputation, and even if you're innocent, it still leaves mark in your reputation.
If it wasn't sexual harassment, it would be interesting to know what exactly was that "controlling beheaviour". Not defending Horner and not saying that boss can do whatever he wants and whatever he likes to his employes. But in general, some people nowadays are soft like snowflakes and you can't tell anything to them.
It looked that everything goes almost perfect for Red Bull, it would be shame if team will collapse in this way.

Kimi Antonelli is a big big doubt, because he is so young. Not that it doesn't pan out, Max was so young when he started as well. By the time Hamilton leaves, Kimi will be 18 years old and he would be having one season at f2 with one of the best ever teams under his belt, could even end up winning the title considering Prema always gets a good car out every year, so that would definitely make sense.

However, when you are getting a young driver like that, you are risking the possibility that they may not pan out. Whereas, we have so many great talents at f2 that is getting overlooked, I feel like they should be getting some attention as well, I know that there are only limited seats at f1, but f2 should be looked at more with how some of the drivers are not good at all for f1.

It is nice to hear Mercedes will launch their car for next season at Silverstone track.  Smiley  It is a special track for both of their drivers. I guess we would see another full black car by Mercedes and I think the color fits them just great.  Cool  The car launch is going to be made on Valentine's Day by the way.

I don't think RBR would also change the design much. But when it comes to Ferrari I'm always expectant for different designs. Red would dominate the car as usual though but some simple touches can make the car look more appealing.

Norris alwady said that they can win races this year.

I don't know if they think they did a big step to catch RedBull or RBR can't improve anymore.

From what I understand, Horner didn't do anything regarding that type of sexual in nature stuff, it is just "controlling" that was discussed. That is a broad term but has nothing to do with sexual allegations because if that was the case then they would just say that.

This could be anything from "you can't take a sick day" to "you have to answer my emails within an hour", it's a boss thing, he just had a controlling relationship, basically what we call "mobbing" in the work place. I wouldn't be shocked to learn Horner did mobbing, that is normal in the business world unfortunately and people who are that much at the top think that they are gods, that can't be questioned, and this could be the main reason why all of this started.

I hope there is no such scandalous thing happened with Christian Horner. Because it just doesn't make sense to me at all. He hasn't been such type of person so far. Why would he do such thing now to risk his job?

Mobbing is everywhere unfortunately if it is just the type of mobbing we are used to see in every work of field.  Sad  If it isn't a more serious problem than that I wouldn't expect Horner to quit his job or to get sacked. Red Bull wouldn't like to have crisis situation while the new season is not too far away from us now.

Every human being is weak and Horner is no exception to this rule.I hope that this voice is not true at all as it would be very damaging to his legacy and to F1 in general, yet I think this is done by some evil people wanting to capitalize financial gain from putting such voices aroind. What is worse is that now is the start of the season soon.

Gp of Britan will be in f1 for 10 more years, they just signed a new contract.

it will expire in 2034

The Silverstone Gp is a legendary track that during the years has seen quite a lot of changes and the passion there for motorsport is huge and never missing so for me it is only natural to have had such a big extension. This track to make an analogy is like the Monza Gp of Italy or Spa in Belgium, without such tracks the F1 season would not be the same.I though think that the design architects of the tracks can learn a lot from Nes/Snes games of the 90-s how a challenging track should be.

Racing Bulls have also introduced their car design. What are your thoughts?

Truthfully I really liked the design.  Smiley  There isn't such thing like a specific color making the car look boring due to overusage for example. There is a good mix of colours. Sponsors also look nicely placed on the car.

Let's see what kind of a season is waiting for Racing Bulls. As AlphaTauri they were really good in the last times of the season we have left behind newly.

Earthquake in RBR, it looks it is something related to porn images.

It is also rumored that Adrian Newey has a release clause now if Horner will be sacked.

only issues and rumors if horner was fired from redbull. the reality is that horner has even extended his contract with redbull to a longer duration.
It would be very surprising if horner was fired and even more spectacular if he joined redbull to ferrari or mercedez.

Lol don't think so.  They had one of the best CTO's in F1 in Binotto but what they lacked was good leadership and a good strategist.  Horner could bring it and if Newey tags along with him and with Hamilton now with the team..?  Omg, they def will win titles and I'm here for it.  It's been a while since that first Verstappen win.  I want to see some excitement back in F1 again.  Grin

And is it just me or is it really in the realms of possbility that Vettel will be Red Bull's next team principal?  There were some signs he was going to be while he was driving for them.  He was always known to be in the garage with the engineers or with Horner trying to learn more about the ins and outs of the team.

RBR is stong cause of Newey, he is the Messi of the F1.

Cristian Horner is a great team principal but it is not what is lacking at Ferrari during this time, what is lacking is a true aerodynamics engineer like Newey who happens to be already at Redbull.I also hope Horner joins Ferrari in 2025 as we want to see some competition yet I highly doubt that Redbull dominance will go away that fast, not at least until 2026 where the regulations will change.

It is also rumored that Adrian Newey has a release clause now if Horner will be sacked.

It is said to be inappropriate photos as I also mentioned on my post on the previous page. Now it isn't clear who the boss will be in case of Christian Horner's unexpected departure. Some sources say Helmut Marko could take the helm there also. But can he do both jobs effectively at the same time? I don't think this is the most efficient way to solve this problem.  Sad

I would have really liked to say Binotto could be an option but I can't... Because he isn't a good boss I'm afraid despite being a great engineer. He has a lot to improve among his management skills.

When it comes to Newey his probable departure would be really sad for Red Bull. But I don't know if Horner's leaving would have a big impact on him such as that.
