South Korea and Thailand have announced that they will apply to the FIA to have a grand prix in their countries. An emissary will go to analyze the projects and decide on any candidature.
I remembered that my country is also building a circuit which is planned to host F1 in 2026, but I don't know whether it will pass the FIA selection or not because this circuit is close to Singapore which also hosts F1.
When you think about that, adding f1 to their country could mean at least tens of thousands of people, imagine getting 40-50 thousand more people there, and that is just at that moment, after that we are talking about both marketing with these people and also all the people who went there and came back telling how beautiful those places are, meaning even the race is over, other people will come because of it as well. So these are all important factors, spending a few million dollars on this could be an amazing deal for everyone.
