Jorge Martin held his head after his crash as if he wanted to say the Mandalika circuit was too hard for him.
Pecco Bagnaia's victory in the #IndonesianGP was a prize given by Martin. That is suitable to describe the results of the race earlier.

Yes. Bagnaia must be able to win the race at Phillip Island because if not, Martin has the opportunity to overtake Pecco considering the difference is only 18 points and the remaining races are based on the calendar.

18 points difference is not that big in 5 races and most likely anything can happen.Martin tried to overdo once and he crashed.He still has no choice though except to try the hardest and overdo it if he really wants to become Champion during this season.From this point of view Bagnaia is much more in advantage as he can race calmer,the next race is crucial for both riders as it can make the gap widen more giving more comfort to Bagnaia or it can close a lot more putting a lot of pressure to Bagnaia and this second scenario should be what fans should like,to go till the last race not knowing who will become Champion,much different from F1 season.

If I can recall correctly there are 5 races left, so a total of 125 points.

I also think the same, Marquez will not come back as strong as before the accident. He also doesn't have factory support anymore, so from a development point of view.


It's still to be taken with a pinch of salt, Bagnaia has dropped out many times and this time it's Martin, Bagnaia has to confirm the victory in the next race.

Still a couple of races to go on until the end of the season and I think it will be a war of nerves more than anything else during these races.Riders for me should be rational,more Bagnaia than anyone else after that bad crash he had not that long time ago.Martin after the crash of today it showed that he is serious in even overdoing it risking anything just to get the title so most probably he should be the one pushing for more,at least more than Bagnaia as he has not had a really bad crash like Bagnaia so he will be trying as he is not World Champion as of yet and he will try as I said much harder.Bagnaia should be rational and capitalize on other mistakes Martin may make as when you push it,you risk it hard.

Bagnaia is back, this time the mistake was from Martin

6th win from the Italian and now he is back in lead with 1 less race to do.

If Bagnaia keeps performing well and others crash it is a sure thing that he will win the title but it is wide open until the end of the Championship.For this year though I think no one is capable of confronting him up to a level to get the Championship out of him,I think next year we will see a Marc Marquez with a Ducati team no matter that is a client team and he can be a real threat to any one running with Ducati no matter how good they may look now,for example Bagnaia.If Marc gets well with the new bike and rides like we all know him I am sure he can be a real contender and he can absolutely win the title next year.

i saw that race was quite exciting. racers are really required to conquer the mandalika circuit, which is quite simple in design but difficult, especially at several corners that look mirage and narrow, which often makes racers fall.

but it was quite unfortunate that during the racing session martin and marquez had a crash which meant they didn't get any points in this race and bagnia ended up being the winner in this race and created a gap with martin.

and as usual quartararo got the podium at this circuit, it seems that mandalika is quartararo's favorite circuit.

After yesterday's sprint race didn't go so well for Bagnaia and he even lost the World Championship lead, Bagnaia came up with the right answer today and won the race and regained the World Championship lead. Of course, this was also due to the fact that Martin crashed.

Apart from Brad Binder who touched other riders several times in today's race, I also really regret Marquez who also crashed today and yesterday. He really couldn't show his potential anymore in racing when using a Honda motorbike and another thing that was no less sad was Jorge Martin's fall while leading the race, which made him no longer continue racing. We are about to enter another race week in Formula 1. We are going to have three race weeks in a row without a break as well. Our first station is going to be the United States. You know Verstappen has declared his title officially already. However I don't have any doubt that he will still continue to race with the same ambition in the remaining races.

I'm curious about which team will finish the season at the second position. Will it be Ferrari or Mercedes? The points are really close to each other now. If Hamilton didn't make that mistake in Qatar Mercedes might have been ahead by more points.

It was really interesting today's Moto GP race and this is in my country, there were many incidents that happened today, one of which was Brad Binder who received a long lap penalty as a result of touching Luca Marini so Marini couldn't continue the race and Brand Binder made a lot of mistakes in race day this. Today's podium was really interesting because it was won by three different manufacturers, Ducati, Aprilia and Yamaha.

Soon the Mandalika Indonesia MotoGP race will start and I hope the race will be much more exciting than yesterday's sprint race, because yesterday I saw Luca Marini and Marco Bezzecchi trying to get on the podium. This was a very extraordinary thing even though the two riders from the VR46 Racing Team could not stem the power possessed by Jorge Martin. Apart from that, yesterday the Ducati factory celebrated its constructors' championship for this season and today I hope the Ducati factory team can get a podium. And for Marquez I will not speculate from now on because he still has to race on a Honda motorbike until the end of this season.

After his accident, he is not in his shape no more.
He seems to have lost it.

For sure it is still a great driver but I don't think is he able to win any title anymore.

I have the same impression about his move to Gresini Racing and I do hope he will prove us wrong but from my points of view , this is just another decline of his career and it's normal as no one rules forever.

I also think there are 2 scenarios for him : 1 - he has a great debut with Gresini , gets podiums and stuff that will make him push for another title opportunity.
                                                         2 - he's move will be a bad one and if the bike won't perform great , I think he will retire on the next year after that because I don't see any point for him to continue to struggle.

Everyone probably already knows that Marc Marquez is a very good and talented racer and has won titles on a Honda motorbike. But after he suffered an injury in 2020, everything started to look different and he won't be able to get the title any easier even though next season he will ride the Ducati GP23 motorbike. Because now the young and new racers are also quite fast so this will be a very real obstacle for anyone, including Marc Marquez himself, who will no longer be young next season.

Everyone can expect from now on Marc Marquez, but as we can see now, Ducati is almost as fast in the hands of each of their riders at the moment. So it won't be easy for Marc Marquez to win his seventh world title, especially since the number of series next season has also increased and this can also be used by all riders to collect points for the championship.

Next season for Honda will be much more difficult because they don't have a mainstay rider other than Joan Mir, even though currently Honda is offering contracts to several riders in MotoGP to join their garage next season. But everything still hasn't worked out, because they have also seen how the Honda motorbike performs this season and even Alex Rins himself has also moved to Yamaha starting next season to fill Morbidelli's seat who has moved to Pramac Racing.

While it may look like that,at Honda he barely have chances to win again titles now and since Honda is not looking to improve their bike,difficult to do in just a short amount of time for the next season which starts at March 2024 it remains a logical choice to get to Ducati for Marquez.

The Ducati of Gressini team may look slower but if Marquez adapts well with this bike his riding skills can fill in the gap and difference that this bike is missing with other Ducati teams,we have to wait and see.

I do think the same but I hope Marc will not regret the decision although I heard that he will be in Gresini for the 2024 season only. He crashed today in the sprint race at Mandalika, actually I see that he and Honda are improved a bit at least in the last race and the current race. Next year we will see duo Marquez at the same team for the whole season and hope Marc will be able to adapt with the new bike as well as can be competitive to be in the top 5 in every race.

I'm not sure this is good news for Marquez.

The Ducati of the Gresin team does not look at the same level as the others.

well, this might be the best decision taken by marc considering that currently honda's performance cannot be relied on and it is time for marc to get a new ride for his seventh world title. but from what i heard he only got a gp23, not a new bike, so maybe it will be quite a challenge for him.

and for honda, i feel quite sorry for this team because after the departure of marc, who was their best racer, maybe it will be a difficult time for them to get the best place in motogp.
