He has suspended updating and support as he felt home and small mining was unprofitable. At some points it is.
While the software and source is available you will have to update on your own.
It is a bummer as it is great software he did and excellent job with it.

So whats happened to support of this project is it over as not seen OP here since 2015. Does anyone know where nwoolls is now days ? Would be nice to see some updates and continued growth of this to include new coins but shame to see him gone if has gone.

I use MultiMiner for a long time, and I am very satisfied with it

Very simple to setup, stable hashrate and support a wide range of
mining algos.

Well I could not get this thing to work at all. It says it's hashing but go to the pool and the worker shows 0 for hashrate.  How hard is it to get a working GPU mining setup for Windows?  Seems CGminer removed there support for it.. and can't seem to find any good tutorials anywhere that is current and not 3+ years old.

MultiMiner requires an installation of Mono to run on both Mac OS X and Linux, and requires an installation of Xquartz on Mac OS X. The only pre-requisite on Windows is version 3.5 of the .NET Framework.

I really wish Nwools could make this like it used to be with updates and mobile support.  it still works fine, but I'd subscribe to a monthly fee in a heart beat to see this back.

Hello all.

Need a little help with the linux xfce mint version trying to use this app.  If I can get the api working with bfgminer or cgminer I'll be golden.  But the system looks like i'm better off with bfgminer.

Works great on my Macbook Pro 13 (OS X EL Capitan)
Windows version crashes when I try to open with wine, maybe something wrong with wine. But other windows software are working fine on wine.

I just tried to run Multiminer versions 4.0.4 and 4.0.3 and ran into some... interesting problems.

When the Multiminer.win.exe executable is run, it silently vanishes from the directory without a trace. I tried setting every file to "read-only" and it still vanished. I don't think it's even being deleted, it just disappears.
If I try to re-extract the .zip in that directory EVER AGAIN, I get a permissions error. I tried moving the same .zip to a different folder and extracting there, and it works fine...once... but deleting a folder, re-making one with the same name, and trying again fails.
Running from the command line results in... nothing(as far as you can see from the command line), but the executable itself is still deleted.

System: Win8.1 64-bit, Intel Core i7 with 4 physical cores, HT enabled
Antivirus: AVG Antivirus Free Edition 2015(which doesn't have any messages or logs about viruses being detected)

Like... I can't even begin to guess. Not even sure the program starts, it just falls out of a hole in reality the moment I tell it to run.

I am having trouble getting both litecoin miners and bitcoin miners to be detected at one time.

Bit coins were detected in past but now the scan doesnt find them.

3 different types of usb miner sticks, a rockminer as well.

No matter what I do they wont detect together yet they had previously

not sure if this has been dealt with before... EVRY coin i attempt to start mining.. as soon as i hit start i get a dialogue stating that the program is attempting do download sgminer 5.1, which is already installed. it asks me for permission to install, i click continue, then it fails out. it goes thru this twice, and THEN i can connect.. is there a fix for this?

Ah...nevermind.  I figured out that you can use a conf file in the miner directory to add any specific miner settings.  Originally I had the pool settings in the conf file, and multiminer cannot work with that.  But, if you remove the pool settings, everything else works great.
