In my opinion. If you are going to buy either neo or gas with fiat/other crypto now for use at ICO time I suggest to use Gas. This is because ratio of gas to neo is 3 to 1 right now when it used to be 2 to 1 some months ago. Plus, as people want to get the most out of their 1000allocation they would probably use gas as it is divisible, hence the pre ico pump for gas compared to neo will be slightly higher.

It seems to me that coins is very unusual and not permanent.It is very difficult to track a really favorable rate for buying and selling coins and a lot of time

There will be a really big amount of projects that will have a big gains in 2018 because most of them were on ICO in 2017 and there will be time to show the results.
As for me the biggest bulls will be Rebellious - they launch their own blockchain, great project with great team; then SONM - mainnet will be launched in summer, revolution in fog computing, many collaborations with such trademarks as intel, AION, hp and others; and Current, which is in my signature. I think these guys will make a great platform that will be used worldwide, another big thing, and I think it will be the ICO of 2018

Superb picks, i personally like new blockchain projects like aion, icx, universa, ada rtc, i believe they can provide the solution to the current blockchain scalability issues and grow big.
2018 is the year of development of many currencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, it can be said that we are currently investing in the primary trading platform is to get significant profits but beside There are still many other targets set by investors in 2018 and the projects are welcome.

Maybe I'll take a look at Credits token, I feel it's the best token in this year, although all other crypto is dumping very quickly but CS still increase very fast and stable at really high price higher 8 or 9 times than ICO price
