I received that email from quidax, about the laying off of staffs in some department of the company and mostly affected are the marketing department which looks to me not to be a too big a deal if quidax continue to offer their services and rates to customers which are the most important at this point. If not for the job loss on the side of the staff that was laid off, I am ok with the decision to cut the operational cost of the company to raise revenue that will put the company in a better position to meet up current market demands and challenges. I don't know if this laying off of staff is related to the FTX scam and if quidax funds have also been held down on FTX but Quidax stated clearly that, this does not have anything to do with the FTX sega. So we are good to go and I wish those that lost their job a better position in their next job.

A cryptocurrency exchange requires a lot of discipline, and there are no repercussions as far as I know on the scam allegations of most exchange owners. Despite the fact that security is very expensive to manage, exchanges have proven to be the most successful undertaking in crypto. There is usually a terrible bear market for the team when exchanges mismanage or misappropiate funds from bull markets.

Baba, I salute you for this outcome and the way and manner you use to arrange the rewards based on the quality of posts and not quantity at least that will eliminate spam and low-quality posts in the local thread. I agree with the fact that other forum members including myself who will have some merits to play around with will comply with this sharing formula so that the best quality poster will receive a reward higher than the rest on the table of the top 3 active members here. you are a professional campaign major so you should have all the relevant tools to measure the quality of posts for grading at the end of each month.
