I don't really like Neo. In my opinion Ethereum, Eos, Tezos look much more interesting and promising. So i will definitely choose Eth.
I'm not sure this can happen, but neo is on the rise now and all can happen in the world of crypto. but I think it will take a long time for neo in order to compete with eth, because while neo is able to compete with eth then eth will also be able to compete with bitcoin price, I am sure it is.
NEO has a great developer community, however, the future perspective of NEO is also very good. But Ethereum has a lot of investors. This is a battle from a technical point of view .

I think neo is very strong mainly because of his community in China. It also remains a very strong and technological coin, but personally I bet on Ethereum.
