In my opinion, Ethereum is stable, less risky and lot of ICO's are coming on Ethereum base i.e. ERC 20 tokens based on Ethereum. NEO is also a good coin. Most ICO's are also coming on NEO based but if we choose better then i will go for Ethereum.
NEO actually has more potential than ETH because NEO has just appeared in recent years and has achieved far superior to ETH. I think if you invest in NEO, chances are you get a big profit high enough because I'm sure that NEO will have a price of $ 1000 by the end of this year.
