yeah he slipped past you. I do not think you can win. He could lose if the block takes a long time like a hour which can happen.
I think someone has 4.55% but they need a miracle.

you need a 30 minute block.
the good thing is you can pull it out on the last 3 blocks if 2 are normal and 1 is 30 minutes i think you win.
