I can only answer the first question

The code is currently closed-source, they did recently open up the commits so people can see there is work being done (see couple of posts above). The intention is that the code can be open sourced after a patent has been granted. There have been initial conversations with patent lawyers and they identified 3 pieces of the technology that are unique enough to patent.

Also stawp trolling, there's better things to do. Price is gonna tank anyways thanks to the patent not being released for months, investors are impatient. Just buy into something else in the meantime, make a good profit and come back here and dump again when the price rises. I've been capitalizing on Eth and BTC rise, been making quite a bit of money.The lowest it can possibly go is back to 12-15 cents with the amount of core investors anyways, which is like 1200-1400 satoshis. If you brought at 5000-3000 I cry for you, if not you'll be fine (probably after some months).

If real substancial news comes up, with some proof, and maybe a team page with professional positions (CEO, CTO etc) I may gonna buy back in.

And one more thing;

Of course they will share which law firm at some point, but it doesn't make sense to release that name now. You've all seen what happened with CoinsMarkets.
You'll get XBY investors calling the law firm every day for updates, FUD spreaders calling them every day that XBY is a scam who should be dumped, etc.

You don't want to expose them to that right now.
