Posting 5 times really an effective deterrent?
please tell me, when will i be able to upload my own photo to my avatar?
We are not expected to say anything intelligent.
It would be interesting to have the additional option to bypass the newbie restrictions via a Bitcoin donation (something like 1BTC would probably stop trolls creating many accounts) or by providing a national ID / citizen card.

I think perhaps the 5 post minimum is okay but the 4 hours of activity seems a little excessive to me.
Like I said, I already had been reading these forums before I even decided to register. None of that time counts.
Just spending 4 hours doesn't prove that I am actually reading anything or understand what I am reading either.
