I like this system of eliminating trolls. Other forums should adapt this system, it seems effective and more convenient for new legit members

Hello all,

It is a pleasant surprise to see Theymos here, as I've been a long time lurker, since ASICMINER's IPO went live in August.  I somehow got into the bitcoin thing then.  Always refreshing to see a familiar name running the newb end of the site.

Hope to get the post count up!

Thanks for replying. Can you specify exactly where I should see the link?

Oops, that became broken at some point. You can move your topics now. Thanks for mentioning it.

Are there different criteria, than 4h+5 posts, to move a topic from Newbies to a different forum?

No. The link is near the bottom of the topic page.

This place sure as heck is quiet compared to the way it used to be back in 11!!  Embarrassed

Perhaps we would need two newbies sections, one for newbies in cages and one for newbies out of the cages. Smiley
