I'm new here. Was trying to find more information on bitcoins and their uses. I get the newbie restrictions so it's not an issue for me. What brought me here was a post that stated someone was possibly setting up a bitcoin pay site for cam models and this seems like a great way to avoid the practice of the middle man.

well it's hard to have someone build a new camchat that allows bitcoins as method of payment, the best idea is to work with already known cam model websites to implement a new method of payment as bitcoins.

So I have to make 4 replys before I can post in other fourms?

You have to make 5 posts total and spend 4 hours online here to be able to post outside of the Newbies section.

Seems like a weird process to a forum. Glad to be here.

Looks like I need to chill for 4 hours and make five posts just so I can talk about what I really wanted to talk about. Okay then.

You can post and start threads in the Newbies section before you reach the threshold.

I'm probably not the only one to be frustrated with the restriction, but I understand the motivations for it.

Back to reading and posting on the handful of topics that I'm interested in and can post to...

I think the Newbie restrictions/time limits are justified given the mass of spam and trolling going on in this forum.

I have also noticed that if I just leave my browser window opened on the forums for a few hours while logged in it doesn't count that time in the 'Total time logged in'. I wonder how they know that people are afk/not on the forums?
