Many new people on this forum are so focused on ranking up on this forum, with the visions of making tons of money from Bounty and Signature campaigns, but when it counts the most, they tend to drop the ball and they lose out on the biggest profits.

My advice to the newbies out there is to forget about Signature campaigns and Bounty campaigns and to concentrate on the things that will help you to make the biggest profits. You should acquire as much cheap bitcoins as you can, during a dip, because you will never know if that price will be the lowest price that Bitcoin would be sold for in many years.

In early 2017, the Bitcoin price was around $1000 and everyone was saying it was over valued, well they were wrong and most of the old timers just kept on buying more coins. The end result... The Bitcoin price went up to $19,000+ and we made huge profits.

So, please shift your focus on the Dip to something more positive. A dip in the price should be welcomed, because it gives newbies and old timers a opportunity to buy more cheap coins.  Cool

Buy the Dip and Sell on the Spike for the highest return on your investment. No Signature campaign or Bounty campaign can beat a 800%+ increase in the price.  Wink
buying bitcoin now is the right decision, we don't know how far bitcoin will fall but I don't think it is necessary to wait until bitcoin falls below $ 5000 or less, $ 6000 is a reasonable value now to enter the market and I see in the marketcap that the price starts recovering slowly

Man, I was in the same boat when I was a newbie. You have a little bit of money invested into Bitcoin and you think it will

only grow from strength to strength. When it starts to go down, it becomes inevitable for you to start to panic, because it is

not like any other commodity that you invested before. It took me about 2 years to get used to Bitcoin's volatility and for me

to relax when it happens.  Tongue

this is the diffrence of experience trader to the newbie traders. experience traders buy when market is panic selling while newbie trader sell when market is bearish resulting for loss of their investment. trading is a game of minds if you don't have patience better stay away in trading specially in crypto as market here is very volatile.

A lot of noobs have "Get rich quick" mentality, they don't really believe in Bitcoin as a movement for freedom, so when we enter a bearish market, they start considering the possibility that Bitcoin was a bubble, a fad, a ponzi scheme, which makes them reach conclusion that they have to sell to get at least a portion of their money back. It's really dumb because even if you are into Bitcoin only to make money, you should analyze its long-term perspectives and its technology instead of thinking about from purely speculative side.

It's not just noobs that are spreading FUD about bitcoin.  A lot of the fear and doubt is coming from rich manipulators and wall street guys that are looking to enter in cheap so they are doing everything in their power to crash prices.  I think these people even have paid trolls to convince people online to panic sell and that bitcoin is dead.

True- Most of the newbies are not even interested on the crypto ecosystem but in making some bucks in here. I don`t understand why they can`t see that, actually, the forum is a great place full of opportunities beyond a bounty.
In here there is a lot of information, many of "first hand" and you are going to be unable to find this information elsewhere. For instance, and, in addition to the OP great piece of advice I encourage you guys to read from time to time this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=87.0

You will be unable to replay, but un there you will find some succulent information related to big opportunities about crypto, as well as other interesting points.
Many of you don`t go away from the Altcoin Boards and maybe this mere one. Well, explore the forum, learn about this brave new world.

i agree with you. to analyze the market situation newbie's should participate in bounty campaign and the signature campaign. then they will properly understand about the market.
How is joining bounty or signature campaigns help you understand the markets? You only need time and efforts to potentially understand how the markets work.

Yes it is true, lot of new comers are focusing in doing bounty campaigns and I don't blame them, there are people who are afraid to invest money from their own pocket. What they tend to do is to do bounty campaigns and use these earnings in order to enter investing, but, taking the dips as an opportunity to enter investing is the right thing to do. We can't tell when we'll we consider the current price as the lowest price bitcoin will ever have in more coming years to come, we should take this opportunity to get bitcoin as many as possible we can.
