I think we're spoiled by 2017 and our expectations are way too high.

Progress will bring them back to the high that they've reached before and even break and create a new one we are inside crypto market and there's always a chance bringing everything to go high, everything will start with bitcoin and afterwards those quality coins who will survive this downfall will go along with bitcoin again, hard to say but for me tops 20 coins will have a good chance to bounce back.

ICOs now is having a big problem, only few of them can reach the hardcap, and some projects are regulated or even stopped by the goverments. I think it is much much harder to find out a promising ICO project for now...

However, with deep in-house research, you can unearth some truly interesting and with huge potential projects. Tho I am leaning now towards projects that do not have any premise, instamine or founder taxes.

However, the question was what is the best ICOs to invest in. I will share the projects that are still in the early stage that I think is currently at the top of my list:

3. Historia
4. StarkWare
5. Oasis Labs

I mean a lot of coins can 10x and still not be at their ATH like ETH for example. You could also invest in ICOs to x10

10x is not easy to do, we are currently in a difficult period for crypto coins. The exchanges and coins have low volumes, and they do not have a fully secure investment environment. Therefore it is very difficult for any coin to do 10x. You can still make 10x with mtc, cedex and neo. They all of great coins and great projects, we all need some a few pumps

and then we can see 10x...

Kidding aside, I still believe on ETH even there are so many things going on like hacking incidents which mainly targets tokens running on the network. With their continous developments, this is not far from 10x

to choose a coin that has that much potential is very difficult. Have you ever seen it in time during the past year? not many coins that have the ability to continue to grow even provide profits of up to 10x. I think that is also based on the luck you have.

Very true, there are even plenty of such ones on top 100. However, if you will see some decent projects there are many which have the potential to raise more than 10x, if you will be patient enough.

Amone not very well-known projects, the Etheera project at the moment continues to be very promising. My personal achievement in relation to investments in this project is about plus 500% in the last 85-90 days. I think this is a good enough indicator for any investor and at this stage the ETA token is still in my portfolio because its growth potential will increase each subsequent month.
