a proof-of-attack concept, nice.  i knew this would be developed eventually.  i like the idea of burning coins into your network in exchange to crash the coin.  i don't have any worthless coins but i know many people have millions that they cannot offload anywhere.  this is an interesting project

No updates for some time.  Is this project dead?

Nope just that developers are usually in the Coin Shield Talk chat box here:

I figured I would share some mining results from about 3 to 4 days with 3 R9 270's.

I took the screenshot right before I started testing my fix for cards like the HD 6950.

Edit:

Believe it or not the card with 0 rejects and lowest temps is an HIS and the card with the most rejects is an ASUS.

I have another build of SKMiner for Windows x64.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/of4fq5c9zr041ks/SKMiner_Windows_x64.7z?dl=0

This fixes the issue of not being able to use certain AMD cards that don't support the 64 bit address width in OpenCL, such as the HD6950 and HD6970.

I have a minor but helpful update.

I added the ability to view the specific info of each GPU to the GUI. This is so you can tell which GPU maps to which device, or at least help you to figure it out.

The GUI also shows the Address Bit width. This way you can see if your card is supported or not for the sk1024 algorithm, needs to be 64 not 32.

Here's the new Windows x64 build:

Here's a screen shot of the new functionality:

All you have to do is click on a device in the GPU table.

Working on that now. POS will become active on Core 1.0.2. This will be a mandatory update with block version 3. I'd guess a good week until release. Will then be a week after release before updates activate at Time-Lock.

@olajos

I'm not sure what your issue is. It seems as if your cards are running at 30 MH/s each. They should be closer to 39 MH/s each.

I'm currently working on a better interface for the miner. One where you can easily see the hash rate and info for individual cards.

I might have it done by Sunday but Thanksgiving will probably push it into next week.
hm... I don`t know where is the problem. I have 3 rig
1: 4x280x                 117-8 kh
2: 4x280x                 113-4 kh
3: 3x290x+1x280x     146-7 kh

I fixed an issue with the ADL SDK. You should see higher hash rates now. Check out the new build posted above.

I have a new build of SKMiner for Windows x64!

I've added an API to the miner and provided a nice little GUI to use with the miner.

It's just a simple web page GUI for now. It displays information for each card.

Here's the build:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/eyqrbvkpkx1hf3v/SKMiner_Win_x64.7z?dl=0

and here's a screenshot of the web gui.

To use the GUI just open the SKMinerGUI.html file in the /resources/ui folder.

It refreshes every 5 seconds right now. So if you don't see any info right away just wait 5 to 10 seconds.

I also fixed an issue with the ADL SDK. There's a potential that some cards might not have had their settings changed in a rig with multiple cards.

That's fixed now and you should see higher hashrates.

OK So it doesn't look like much right now but I'm successfully testing the API for the AMD SKMiner.

I made myself a basic "UI" using a simple webpage and an ajax request that occurs every 5 seconds.

I'm Implementing more commands for the API and I'm going to produce a nicer Web GUI to use with the miner.

Here is a screen shot of my successful test tonight. I Had the miner and the html page on 2 separate screens so I cut the screenshots up to make it easier to see.

If you have any suggestions for the API or the Web GUI end then let me know!
