I'm putting together a talented marketing team as we speak, and preparing some of the technology for greater adoption. Will keep everyone posted Smiley

But in the meantime, can I get some input from community?
Let's list the greatest weaknesses / most lacking parts of development that all of you agree will help improve the technology and image especially when new users come into the community.

This could be any of the following (or more):
+ Improvements in user friendliness
+ Wallet Speed
+ Transaction Processing
+ Stability
+ Aesthetics

I'll compile these suggestions into next full release (or revision 0.2.2.X).

For 2.2.0 Experimental:
I'm going to see about getting an experimental Sector LLD database built tonight (mostly done) and integrated to replace the BlockIndex's in TxDB to improve boot/sync time significantly, then once we can get that solid going to start moving other parts to LLD and then to rewriting the networking code with the LLP for lightning fast syncs and block propagation.

Thank You,
Viz.

Hi, here are some suggestions based on my windows LLD client experience:
1. GUI is fine and functional, but I'd suggest sepparate wallet DATs for different wallets (create a DAT for each wallet), to give more control for the user. Also, there are lacking GUI functionalities to restore wallets.
2. A mnemonic seed would be great, and also the ability to encrypt the mnemonic seed with a password for those of us who enjoy the security or hoarding coins on paper wallets. Letting user choose GUI language also would be great.
3. New LLD client takes about 5 minutes to load, after blockchain is downloaded, and consumes 30% of CPU of an Intel 5960x during this process on Windows 10 x64 (16GB RAM).

i noticed high cpu usage as well.

Hello! How can I make a Nexus Earth paper wallet? I've tried looking for instructions, but couldn't find them anywhere. Is there any way to export keys, a mnemonic seed, or anything that I could use to restore a wallet from a piece of paper?

There is a paper wallet generator for Linux being tested out right now.

You could also go to help>debug window>console and type dumpprivkey and write those down.

Thanks!

1.75 million NXS dumped over the last 3 days,  I think someone created a LOT of hype and made a LOT of money.

I tried mining on a pool but my balance goes backwards. it will go up then go back. I don't see anywhere where shares are being rejected, was wondering if this happens to anyone else.
the cpu pool send the mined nxs to the adress written in the command line of the miner. This should be the reason your balance decrease when the payout is done. Check your wallet.

there is no payout, it is 0. I just started, so it went from .23 to .26 then back to .23.   it did this a couple of times but the payout is 0 and wallet balance is 0.

Moar mining!!! .. oh wait, that's too much
huh, when I run the CPU miner (nexus_cpuminer) it completely kills my GPU mining. Hash rate for Claymore's ETH dual miner goes from 100% -> 0% almost immediately. Strange since the CPU miner shouldn't be using the GPU at all?

Anyone else notice this?

i dont hear nexus before, then i saw it on coinmarketcap then i viewed website, this page.. installed nexus wallet, its very fast but it needs GUI anyway, i bought nxs on bittrex with 1btc. around 14k satoshi. hopre, nexus will be big

gui is being done now. This next month loads including gui, trust reactivation and tweaks along with many other things rolled out in next wallet release.

The thing i most looking forward to is the contract being signed with vector space systems. watch it rocket then Smiley

Nexus had great performance in recent weeks, devs are talented to lead the team to be successful, price tells everything, congrats for the price pump.

Where do you see the pump?  Pump just don't started, accumulating. Devs are talented, agree  Smiley
