Completely forgot to check out the rest of the episodes and let my Apple TV+ subscription run out.
Luckily I got another free trial for the next three months by chance over the weekend. So can spend some time watching the ones I missed and the new ones you mentioned which are available now.
Should fill in sometime at the airport for the Spring Break while in transit. So kudos for the reminder.

The final four episodes were arguably the best part of the show.  If you're looking for more NFL documentaries to pass the time, "Quarterback" which aired last year is worth a shout.

There is some speculation that Burrows would be traded from the Bengals.
I doubt he would leave unless it is with Chase to the same team.
Seen @bbc.reporter 's post on another thread about it just now. Cheesy

It was about a picture i posted of Burrow, Chase, and Jefferson from their time at LSU. Burrow isn't going anywhere. There were rumors that the Bengals might trade for Justin Jefferson, but this is unlikely to happen. They would have to give a lot, a handful of firsts and Higgins...Burrow's contract would have to be restructured to make the cap work as well.

There are some noteworthy quarterback names being released on free agency on the off-season the Broncos can consider: Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold and Gardner Minshew will all likely be too expensive but Kirk Cousins might take a paycut if the right team is offered.

No chance Cousins goes to the Broncos. Denver has no offense and will likely have to cut Jeudy and/or Sutton due to the cap. Kirk is either going to the Falcons or staying with the Vikings. As for the Broncos, i see them draft a quarterback in the second or third round and go from there.

There was a documentary about Brady the last time I was searching for something to watch on Netflix something named Dynasty.

It's titled "The Dynasty: New England Patriots". Even if you're not a Patriots fan, it's a very good watch. Gonna check episodes 5 and 6 now over the weekend, definitely recommend!
Started watching the first episode and then continued until was on the fourth one before I knew it.

Glad you liked it, two more episodes coming out today.

Seems the Broncos will have a dead money hit on Wilson's departure to clean up.
",, his release will result in a financial loss to the team as they will incur an $85 million hit in dead money over the next two seasons."
source: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/broncos-cut-russell-wilson-incur-85m-dead-money-hit/ar-BB1jnuTJ?ocid=winp2fptaskbar&cvid=f6752c437ecf46c2bf14c932e54533c1&ei=11

This was going to happen since they sat him out for the last two games of the season. The injury to his hand and the recovery time didn't help his situation.

Russ had no injury prior to the Broncos benching him. They did it because, first, they were eliminated from the playoffs, and second, if Wilson was to sustain a long-term injury, more guaranteed money would come his way. Everyone knew when the Broncos hired Payton that Russ is not his guy, and no matter how he plays (in fact, Wilson had more touchdowns and fewer takeaways than he did the year he won the Super Bowl with the Seahawks), they would cut him, even if it means eating that $85 million.

Even his former QB coach from the Seahawks said he wouldn't take him at Carolina where he is now in an interview:
https://twitter.com/UpAndAdamsShow/status/1765419618846351526
With that clause I think he knew going out he is an aging quarterback that just isn't marketable as a new prospect.

Russell Wilson may have just pulled off one of the greatest contract finesses of sports history. He’s been released by the Broncos now and will get another $85,000,000 for doing absolutely nothing. If I were him I would just disappear and enjoy retirement. Although I’m sure there will be pressure for him to try and find a new team.
However, will part of this $85,000,000 will be paid by his next team? I am not quite certain why the Broncos would pay him that much money from their own pocket for him to leave. The Las Vegas Raiders might be a good team for him, I reckon. They certainly need someone better than Jimmy Garoppolo hehehe. They also have the money to pay for his salary and they are 13th in the first round of the draft. They might not get a good quarterback.

This is a very headshaking situation for the Broncos and they also have limited draft capital on April according to some articles. They have 6 picks with only 2 on the beginning of the draft. They also do not have a pick on second round.

I speculate that Javonte Williams might be a good player as a second running back for our fantasy league next season hehehe. Broncos will not be very good in throwing the ball.

Bledsoe behind the scenes really showed how the NFL treats their players back then and with Russell up until now.
Him and Sean Payton never got along and he even thanked the kitchen personnel but not his head coach during his farewell speech yesterday.

Wonder how @morvillz7z faired with that major freebet from the Super Bowl LVIII Multibet Mayhem promotion.
Just hope he managed to get close to a 3x so to of made it into an epic win.

I think you misunderstood me there. I did not receive a free bet as part of the promotion, actually, i was the one to win the Multibet Mayhem, taking first place prize of $1,000 USDT (11/15 correct picks).

Even better! Not needing to wager anything more for winning that amount.
Yes, when you had said while checking your free bets to switching to usdt currency.

All good in the end for you then!

So the documentary is about the entire team, that is good to know aswell. Since I was a major Patriots fan while they were winning their championship back in the 2000's.
Will definitely be checking it out aswell, since the drive to survive series for F1 has been a major disappointment and actually did more harm than any good for this new season of the sport.

While watching the JRE podcast heard an experienced gambler who had bet over a million on the Super Bowl and won his bet on the Chiefs.
This wasn't the first time he bet big on it and won.
He had bet on the Saints and Colts which had to have been the biggest bet placed on it being $4.5 million.
The strategy he used seems to be just taking every aspect of the game into account. Right from the type of surface being played on to how the players are getting along with eachother for the week of the game.
A lot of smart money was on the Chiefs.  They won it last year with mahomes on one leg.  I wasn't a Purdy fan before these playoffs but it looks like they have a decent qb going forward.  Played well in tight situations.  But in the end mahomes wasn't going to be stopped by the niners.  And that's with pacheco having a subpar game.  They would have cleared double digits if dude played better.

Even though his last season was an unsuccessful one he still was one of those players that will not be forgotten and there was a reason why he is and will always be referred as the goat of the American Football league.

Mahomes and the Chiefs are a Dynasty Team at this point. As there was another docu-series about him while looking on a Netflix a month prior made about him and his run up to the Superbowl.

If you participated in the Super Bowl LVIII Multibet Mayhem promo, you may want to check your accounts. After switching currencies to play a free bet i just found an extra 1,000 USDT added to my balance, i'm not kidding. It's either a mistake or not many people took part in the said promo, and i won (1st place award was exactly 1,000 USDT).
Haven't heard of a freebet given out for this amount before.
Received $100 in one go and felt I had to bet atleast over 2.50x odds to get a decent amount back. They do decrease it by the freebet amount given, hopefully you win a good amount back with -1000 from it.

As for the results, it does sound like you had won and received first place so congratulations on that morvillz7z!
I had 6 correctly made after the Super Bowl was done and thought I needed atleast 10 or more for a place in the promotion so to get one of the prizes.

Heard San Francisco hadn't know the rules change for overtime in the Super Bowl so didn't know they had lost when it happened.

Can you share the article on this thread? I am quite certain that it is only the writers in the sportsnews media who are creating these controversies for your clicks and your attention hehehe. It would be impossible for an NFL coach, player or team to not know the changes of rules. The referee also clearly said the rules before the coin toss.
It was not the media bbc.reporter the players on the 49ers team even stated these sediments in the post match interviewers as outlined below:

source: https://www.wbaltv.com/article/san-francisco-49ers-players-didnt-know-new-super-bowl-overtime-rules/46771682

So one of the star players on San Francisco said he didn't even know the rules had changed for overtime during the Super bowl.
Guess he wasn't near the referee during the coin toss nor paying attention when it was broadcasted over the stadium intercom either. Roll Eyes

@morvillz7z
I was going to say it was just an excuse for them losing. But I didn't want to say this as it was too soon for those who bet on them to win.
Major fail in both departments: 1. Not knowing the rules of the highest stakes games in sports 2. Giving excuses to why they did not win.

I don't buy the Niners didn't know the rules. The ref explained everything before the OT coin toss. They knew they had lost when Hardman scored.

The thing about OT rule changes is that they favor the team that goes second, it gives them an extra down to work with, playcalling is different when you know you have 4 downs to move the chains compared to 3.

Anyway, how did everyone do in the Multibet Mayhem promo, and how many correct ones did you get? I have 10 or 11, which is probably not enough for the top spots. The leaderboard is not updated yet, guess we have to wait and see.

Congratulations to all the bettors who backed Kansas City for this Super Bowl. Including myself.
Just knew all the signs pointed to them winning it no matter what.
And it took overtime to decide it. Believe only the second time in the history of the sport this had happened.

After hitting my double-up parlay from the other thread, it's time to back the Chiefs again. They already gave me a few good wins before this, so I don't mind losing.

I also have KC to win in my BSFL prediction, which could determine my situation in the relegation zone, plus the KC prediction in Volgastallion's prediction contest.

Hopefully, we can cash all of our Super Bowl predictions, and congrats to those who got some of the free bets from the main thread.  Wink
