After a NFL weekend having Kansas City Chiefs clinch their division with the last second field goal win against the Chargers last night.
Today we have the Funday Football game for our MNF matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals going up against the Dallas Cowboys.

Here are the markets for this game:

https://sportsbet.io/sports/event/american-football/usa/nfl/dallas-cowboys-v-cincinnati-bengals-674638ae3aca8900015aa485

I will be backing the Bengals and have them to cover the spread.

@ralle14 you were certainly correct in not believing in taking the handicap because they didn't cover it at all.
It got too sweaty at the end as it was like an explosion between both offenses taking turns with the touchdowns.

Unfortunately, my ticket couldn't survive and got burned by the Reed prop. It's crazy how he had some yards in every other game except for this one and even missed that one catch. I guess that's enough betbuilders for me and I better stick with the single bets.  Tongue

That one is a win but the Lions made those who bet on them sweat it out right until the end.
Packers tied it up and it was 31-31 but Lions managed to pull it out of the fire so it wouldn't need to go to overtime.

Can't wait until this weekends matches.

The Lions will have a weaker defensive line for this match, but I still think their unstoppable offense will get things done like they usually do in most of their games.

That said, I also have the moneyline combined with a couple of rec props assuming both teams will go heavy on the passing game.

Even though I have the Lions in my pickem, I better play it safe on my ticket since the last two of their five games ended with them winning by three points.

The Lions have the NFL's third-hardest remaining schedule, according to Tankathon, which doesn't help. The Vikings are fourth, and part of the problem for each team is they play each other in Week 18 at Detroit. That game could have an incredible impact on the NFC playoff bracket. The Lions also have tough games left vs. Green Bay (on Thursday night), Buffalo and at San Francisco, which gives the Eagles plenty of hope to steal the No. 1 seed.

Truly, there will be pressure on the Lions as they need to preserve their rank and with 11-1 they are the top team on the NFC right now. But the Vikings are just on their tail, it will still be better to win games and put a gap between them. In case Vikings loses which is possible as they also have a rough schedule ahead.
Too much analysis on this match so I just went with my gut instinct and gone with the 1x2 market on this one:

https://sportsbet.io/sharebetslip/675139b80cabb80019eac2ca

Just like the Lions offense and they have a consistantly performing quarterback.
So there isn't much else to say about this one but
Go Lions!

We are just in Week 14 and the NFL Mock Draft is already out. Cheesy They cannot wait because two explosive players will be coming in.

2025 NFL Mock Draft: Colorado's Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter accomplish something not seen in 25 years

Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes may very well have the Heisman winner in Travis Hunter and the first two selections in the 2025 NFL Draft. Shedeur Sanders feels like one of the best quarterback prospects in this reasonably down class at the position, and with the Raiders currently sitting with the second choice next April, no one should be shocked if Sanders is picked by the quarterback-desperate club in Las Vegas.

NFL Mock Draft Round 1

Pick 1 - Travis Hunter - Jaguars
Pick 2 - Shedeur Sanders - Raiders
Pick 3 - Cam Ward - Giants
Pick 4 - Tetairoa McMillan - Patriots
Pick 5 - Abdul Carter - Panthers
...continuation on the link given above.
Jags might take Sheduer and trade Lawrence if they get the #1 pick. They're likely going to get rid of Pederson and start with a new coach, either Belichick or Mike Vrabel will likely take the job. 1 of them will get together with the GM and decide if Lawrence is not working out well enough and if they can get 2 1st round picks for him.

Could you blame them if they got that kind of offer?

Either way Sanders and Hunter likely go #1 and #2.

Another scenario to look out for, what if the Raiders trade their 1st rd pick to the Jags for Lawrence and the jags draft Sheduer and Hunter and hire Deion Sanders to manage the team.

There was an announcement during yesterday's game that there will be another NFL Funday this time done in collaboration with the Simpsons long running animated show. The previous time they did this was with Toy Story.
And I believe CBS did one with Sponge Bob Squarepants earlier in the year. I remember Nickelodeon had their slimebowl or something like this when I used to watch all the games back in college.

This one is during the Bengals and Cowboys match next Monday Night Football.

Didn't the match end in 35-10 for the Bills?
So they oddmakers were right in assuming San Fran players can't take playing in the cold weather as everybody and their mothers knew the Bills who are accustoming in playing in such harsh conditions were going to cover the spread and then some! Grin
Yup, easy win for the Bills, and those who took the Bills spread on their pickems. I still think the oddsmakers undersell the Bills for setting their spread around six points and had high expectations from the Niners even though they got blown out last week.

I'm ready for the Broncos and hoping this would be similar to the Bills game yesterday since they've been great against weaker teams plus they rarely keep their games close.

Congratulations to you @morvillz7z on another sharp call for both players got their touchdowns getting your betslip to cash in!
Although I think Bucky Irving had to leave the game due to an injury but not before scoring his td.
So Bucky was lucky!

Thanks. Bucky is easily my favorite rookie this year.

Bucs should consider using someone else to return kickoffs though, it's when he got injured. He's the lead back in Tampa now, let someone else do it, it's not worth it. I saw him after the game, all wrapped in ice and limping. I'm glad he toughed it out and played through it.

Now, if anyone is interested in tailing, i have Sutton 4+ rec and Broncos ML parlayed for MNF. Jameis Winston and the Browns pulled up heroics last week in that blizzard in Cleveland...don't think they'll be able to replicate it this week. The Broncos are in a good position to make the playoffs, they obviously need the win more. Courtland Sutton leads the Broncos in receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns. He is Bo Nix main target in the passing game, Sutton is avg. 7.2 receptions /L5.

@ralle14. Bills is only -5.5 against the spread on winter in the snow against a team from San Francisco that is very much only familiar with good weather for much of the year? This is an overestimation on San Francisco by the oddsmakers, I reckon.

Also, San Francisco 49ers after Christian McCaffrey's injury on September is not the team similar to what we have witnessed from the last season.
Yep, I guess the oddsmakers expected the snow to be a bigger factor that affects both offenses, but we already saw a similar scenario during their game against the Chiefs, and the pace stayed the same.

You're right, I forgot the injuries have been plaguing them and it's only getting worse as some of their players had to be limited.

Bowers was catching most of the Raiders long balls and the announcer was comparing him to a younger new Travis Kelce.
Actually calling him Kelce 2.0
Bowers already has a number of rookie TE records to his name while playing for a shit team with bad QB play. I'm usually not a fan of comparisons, but the kid has shown a lot of potential so far...hopefully he keeps it up.

This is what i got today.
Mixon is coming off one of his worst performances in his career, with 22 yards on 16 carries against Ten. This is a great bounce back spot for him. The Jaguars rank bottom 10 in the league in terms of rush yards and rush touchdowns allowed. He is also 1 rush TD off of 60 career rush touchdowns. A milestone for him to chase.
Bucky Irving outsnap R. White last week for the first time this season, rookie is slowly taking over the backfield. The Panthers are an ideal opponent for him since they allow the second-most rush touchdowns and the most rush yards. Plus i need him big time in fantasy.

Most favorites are winning today, but it sucks when most of them can't cover the spread and I fell for the trappy favorites like the Bengals.  Tongue

I ended up rolling with this betbuilder, thinking the Bills would have complete control of this game since the Niners looked so different after watching their games against the Packers last week.

^^ Nice picks for total touchdowns by those players in the Texans and Buccs games!

Chicago Bears fired their head coach Matt Eberflus due to that major screw up which cost them their last game not being able to kick a field goal, while they still had a timeout to take with atleast 25 seconds on the clock. But they threw it away instead.

Some good matchups for today so don't forget to put in your selections for the rest of these in the Pick'em pool too:

Tomorrow we have alot of matches to pick from so hopefully nobody forgot to put in their selections for those in the Pick'em pool right @ralle14 ?
Yep, no more missed picks from here on out, and had a nice bounce back with a point in the Chiefs match yesterday.  I usually do my picks in advance, and this week's schedule kind of threw me off thinking I could do it later in the day and still have a few hours left to spare before the first match starts.

I'm also impressed with how the Raiders kept that game close, there was a moment when it felt like the Chiefs could've pulled away with a bigger lead.

Las Vegas could of tied it at the end but it seemed they had poor time management skills just like Chicago did on Thursday's first match of the day.

Chiefs ML / Brock Bowers 50+ rec yards @1.67

Locking one early!  Smiley

Chiefs winning here does not need much explainin'.

I expect Bowers to get 50 or more receiving yards today. It's an excellent matchup as KC is ranked 32.v TE and allows the most receiving yards to opposing tight ends. Bowers has gone over the line in 7/11 games.  The Raiders will likely play from behind the entire time, forcing them to throw the ball a lot, Chiefs have a top-three rush defense. This is also a solid buy-low spot for Bowers who only had 38 receiving yards last week, his second-worst game of the season.
