http://noirds.com/ looks fantastic, keep on the hard work guys. I bought my first shares at around 5k and since then I only wish I had even more to hold.

I also see it as a problem that we have no track of who has which then fund shares in general.
but by the proceeds from the new Securities new projects could be born and the value of the company would increase quickly.
I would raise the price not lower, would rather sell slower!
We old General Fund holder would greatly benefit from it.
You could be out of the proceeds to buy more shares of the new issue or Noir shares or dollar change over the BTC
the income from the new emission could be so great that you have your deposits out quickly.
Should Bawizi could hire employees or so will grow even faster!

i think it's all ok. what should already be if ask the team to come, also a should feel obligated to answer this. sometimes missing.
even if for help is requested by user, this should answer someone from the team faster. it should not take as long as until, finally another user mercy on to help. Finally it comes to the shares in a company equity
this help performance I miss sometimes.
then I have a suggestion.
might want the general fund shares are converted into securitys. so they can be traded without problems. the difficulty I see only cares that no overview exists who has how much. there maybe names securities?
so that quickly the shares can be assigned. for the purpose of dividend and voting rights? no idea

My only problem with the GF shares being on cryptostocks or tokenized is that I want full disclosure on how much the officers hold in the company. It's important to know how much motivation they have to make the company successful. I want to know if an officer decided to dump a large % of their holdings. I think the shares should stay locked and investor names disclosed for some time. The other thing is the Noir Group would be using a centralized service for share bookkeeping. What if Cryptostocks suddenly shuts down? It would be a serious problem.

I would not spend more than 1000 pieces of the existing members.
because the interest consists of new usern to acquire which, I would suggest spending another 1000, with the old user 50% of revenue in obtained from the newly emession, to counteract a dilution!
issue price of the 0,5 BTC
the other 50% of the revenue could go to the mine! or other projects, and I prefer mine to the faster capital increase

From the very start of NoirShares in February I knew this has a great potential, and I see that this potential is growing ever since. The team is very professional and I am more than happy to be a small holder of the General Fund!

I cannot comment on individual officer performance as I am not a General Fund holder - but as a whole your company has been a fantastic example of what any company should be. You have kept us updated on developments through public reports and announcements, you have been active in supporting your community and you are honest with what you say - this really shows with the faith people are placing on Noir. Not only have you produced an innovative new coin with alot of promise, but you have given a solid background for it in the form of your own personal selves - something which a lot (the majority!) of coins do not have. Developers are often very much a "hit-or-miss" entity - they can be really good or really, really bad. I think it safe to say all of you - as a collective - are on the really good side. They aren't going to miss out on this volume.
NRS is one of the most innovative coins on the market in terms of it becoming a financial tool of the future.
Would love to see the mining slowed down a bit further but 5% every 10 days isn't too bad for me.
It's already close to reward halved at this point now. 10-15% might be a little better to keep the value rising.
