Yes, of course this is not a healthy one. You can check Storm for example, it acted absolutely the same when it got listed on another Korean exchange. Fundamentals are still the same when it was traded at 6 dollars. It should go back down in about a week. However the volume these Korean exchanges bring is massive. How do they choose which coins to list? The ones which they are bagholding?

As long as you're in a country in which MCO serves customers you'll be able to get one no matter what your situation is.
