Lol. Really. There are many apps that ask for certain rights and details. Monaco ain't any different. You want to use their app. Their card. Then you agree to their terms and conditions. Dont like it. Cool then dont use it.
It needs access to contacts more than likely for when you link it to your bank account. My bank account app has the same permissions. So when I send money etc by mobile number it can pull it from the contacts.
Bunch of whiners. All you'll do is delay it further for no good reason if you want them to bow down to your every whim and need.
I have been following this coin for a very long time and now a good price to buy these coins, the price will not be lower.
Perhaps you're right. But how can you be sure right now is that the coin is not the price is lower. And of course everything is now on the market looks the way that the market really turned up and went smooth growth.

I have the old ‘bug’ again with the Android app complaining that my phone is rooted while it’s is as standard as can be. Andoid 6.0 and all I see is a blue screen upon startup.
I had the same.I solved this way:
clean the app storage / cache completely via app settings;
reboot;
re-install the app;
start afresh.
You should be all set with your app.
By the way I am in beta too.

Me and a friend got an invite as well. Very happy about that! Unfortunately, neither of us have a suitable phone that works with the app (Xiaomi+OnePlus) 
On one hand it's good that these sort of issues are solved now rather than when things are live.
In any case, this is great news and I can't wait to actually test this thing and to lock my card.

Please does anyone know if Monaco Cryptocurrency card is operational once again? Last time I checked, They had their partnership with a payment processor canceled which led to the inability of users to use the card. I'm looking to get a Cryptocurrency card for myself and I was wondering if the card are functional. Checked with tenX. Its not yet resolved.
MCO was never cancelled. They're waiting for BIN activation and paperwork.

They’re not going to send out the cards until the app is fully tested, which is happening right now. I’m pretty sure most people would prefer they found any bugs now rather than later. i think (also i want to believe) because of that they are not sending the cards.

Well, the beta app had been released to 300 people and I hv been observing great improvement on the app development.
Pls expect the app to go live in few weeks time.

What is the source of that app going live in next 2-3 weeks approximately of which everyone is talking about ? It is interesting if true but it is always good to not forget to share the link of source or anything which really matters for the community. Well, markets have started to rebound and MCO also will be touching the peaks of old glories time alike.
There is no source. In the last Q&A Kris mentioned it would take "a few weeks" and people interpreted this as 2-3 weeks by virtue of it being less than a month (and thus not a few months). Given the track record of Kris' remarks I wouldn't bet on the 2-3 week estimate.He did however also mention that the rollout wouldn't leak into Q3, so if not 2-3 weeks at least it shouldn't take longer than 2-3 months to crack the ATH.
