What exactly is https://nxt.jelurida.com/index.html? An interface for the NXT network like myetherwallet or an online wallet like blockchain.info? Is it safe to use?

No. You can exchange only NXT to btc or any other crypto right in the client with Shapeshift or Changelly services integrated. Check right-left arrows button in top right of the client.
Is it possible to transfer NXT directly from Bittrex to NXT client? If so how do i get wallet address from android mobile client?

Sure you can. Check your account id in app, it has NXT-XXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX format.

i think nxt pumping is over for now. it s gonna be a dump but i dont think will be huge dump. so its better to HODL nxt. Btc is still rising so alts have no big chance to move up. Btc maybe can stop on 15k than alts will have more chance and nxt will be one of them .

Nxt official client has Shapeshift and Changelly integrated. So you can exchange your eth to NXT right in the client. Click on left-right arrows in top right of the client.

Don't use that client for your NXT and ARDR. Do you see, that it is for testnet? Use Nxt official client for storing them, www.jelurida.com or www.nxtplatform.org

Install Nxt client and create and account here (keep passphrase safe, it is everything you need in order to control your funds). Same Nxt address is used for both NXT and ARDR, it's like multipurpose bank account.

Go to Assets->My assets in Nxt client.

What is the reason of this heavy surge?? Any fork matter?? Or a immeture pump Just?? Hopefully no.
I guess the reason may be the upcoming snapshot.Though I predicted there would be some pump in December, I am still surprise it can go up so much.
