This coin almost collapsed in Jan 2018 it was over 900$ and now 27$. If you think this coin has the potential then it's the right time to buy this coin.

Yeah, and people need to make some noise about upcoming Autonomous Agents, it is not going to market itself. It can have the best technology, but that's useless if everybody just sits on their bag.

Are there any other coins with AA implementation?

Yes, it is same what other mistakenly call "smart-contracts". Obyte already calls smart-contracts those addresses, which have basic spending restrictions (lot more options than Bitcoin has with OP codes). https://developer.obyte.org/contracts/reference

Even Ethereum called their smart-contracts as Autonomous Agents in the white paper https://github.com/ethereum/wiki/wiki/White-Paper#ethereum-accounts and there have been debates on changing the name to something else https://twitter.com/vitalikbuterin/status/1051160932699770882

Biggest difference is that Oscript language is more like declarative and is basically dynamic address definition with placeholders while Solidity is imperative language. Also, Oscript gives you less rope to hang yourself, so you can't use loops, but otherwise Obyte Autonomous Agents give developers access to more features than Ethereum comes with out of the box. https://developer.obyte.org/autonomous-agents/oscript-language-reference

Autonomous Agents are finally coming to mainnet

https://medium.com/obyte/autonomous-agents-on-mainnet-ready-for-takeoff-d89b50e6d921?source=friends_link&sk=c140a08d2c69eef8b87785f567dd4723

Autonomous Agents are set to activate at MCI 5,210,000 which is expected at the end of February. Since this is a protocol upgrade and therefore a breaking change, all nodes, including light nodes, need to upgrade to version 3.0.0 that was released today.

For full nodes (both headless and GUI), the upgrade will take a very long time since the update also includes moving part of the data from SQLite database to a much faster RocksDB database. The move will improve performance of some queries, especially data feed queries that some AAs might actively use. The conversion of data will be done when you launch the wallet for the first time after the upgrade and it will take several hours (in our experience, from 3 hours on a dedicated server to 39 hours on a VPS), so please plan you update accordingly. RocksDB database will take additional 15 GB of disk space (but the data that remains in SQLite will grow a bit slower after the upgrade), please check that you have enough free disk space before the upgrade.

For light nodes, the upgrade will be much faster since their database is usually small, but light nodes with long transaction history can still experience a noticeable delay during the first start, especially mobile ones on older hardware.

Create a backup before upgrading.

Bittrex and other exchanges have already been notified about the need to update. They will have to pause deposits/withdrawals for many hours during the updates of their wallets, please plan accordingly.

OK, yeah, that's the one I actually used. I have a bunch of sell contracts that were supposed to be canceled ages ago still stuck with no open to release them.
They don't show up under "my".

No condition can satisfy this to return the funds... it's not listed on the book and it wasn't triggered by the time running out. Any ideas?

It seems that your contract is ended and you didn't return funds from it. It is not obvious that you need to do this manually. For that find a small triangle near the wallet name, select the address that was used in the contract and send funds from it to your ordinary wallet address. See the image:

Ahhh! Progress! Thank you!

Now I get this:
"Could not send payment: either the amount you entered can't be composed using available denominations or all paying addresses are unfunded in asset, make sure all your funds are confirmed"

I guess I need Obytes in the address to send?

Does the BEEB BlackByte to Byteball exchange bot still work? I have a few old contracts there with BlackBytes locked up... I don't know how to cancel these... can anyone assist?
Is there still a market for BlackBytes at all?

I don't remember how BEEB marketplace worked, but if you have a smart-contract then you should be able to see what are the rules when you can get the Bytes back (just select the sub-wallet and then click the eye icon). Maybe somebody on Discord or Telegram remembers how the cancelling worked.

Blackbytes can be currently traded on https://blackbytes.io/ (formerly called Freebe).

Yes, but from what we have seen, this is only temporary. We got in touch with a dev who should resolve this shortly

obyte is very expensive imo. I'd better wait for ps5 and buy this with oled tv than useless coins

but still you can earn it by joining Obyte WCG  Wink

How does the whole reward system works ?

https://wiki.obyte.org/WCG_distribution

I used to receive payout each 1 or 2 day, it's been more than 3 now ? Everything's ok ?

Sometimes there are delays because each day payment is manually confirmed, if there is no payment for some days then it gets paid out together with next payment.
It shows that 26th and 27th January payments were done on 27th https://wcg.report/

Please decide who will be the 4th independent order provider (witness).

https://medium.com/obyte/obyte-announces-poll-among-3-candidates-to-become-an-order-provider-witness-2d5d99ec0b0c

There are 3 candidates:

PolloPollo

PolloPollo is a charitable donations platform built on Obyte by Casper Niebe (Punqtured) and students of IT University of Copenhagen, Denmark. PolloPollo is currently most active in Venezuela and recently won a Blockchain For Humanity Dreamers Award. Casper is also part of the Obyte Core Team and one of the most active and enthusiastic members of the Obyte community.

Bind Creative

Based in Estonia, Bind Creative is a design and development studio that has been steadily contributing to the Obyte community for the last 6 months or so.  Highlights include running the Precious Metals Exchange Rate oracle, developing the Obby Chat instant messaging app based on their grant proposal, and building an autonomous agent to run an EOS-like crowd sale.

Raivo Malter

Raivo is another Estonian member of the Obyte community, who got his start in crypto by mining Bitcoin back in 2011, and until recently was CTO of Piixpay, a utility bill payment solutions provider with cryptocurrencies. He discovered Obyte in 2018 and was blown away by the elegance of the solution, especially the Witness consensus mechanism.

If they are so expensive, sell your bags and leave, you are useless to the project. You are not helping.
Or are you committed to get the price even lower, so you could buy low? you know - buy low, sell high.

I haven't watched TV for months, I guess everyone has their own ways how to waste time, but Playstation and TV are quite useless to spend money on.
Obyte is at its very cheap price, and its temp price is much cheaper if we look at its huge potential for future rock. I remembered that in 2018, one Byte was worth around 0.003 BTC (not check price history, but I hope my memory is not too bad), compared to its temp price now I thought if someone has still hesitated to invest in Obyte, he should never reconsider any investment in Obyte because without belief they will sell their coins at dumps in the future, whenever it happens, at whatever price.
