It is impossible for Kohli to control aggression, if middle order fails then you should have a some one who can take control of the the game at lower order, unfortunately India has been facing that problem for a long time now.
He is leading the team so he should be more responsible than other players, off course he is naturally aggressive run scoring machine but when the team needs he also should adapt for that situation.Iyer and Rahul played rally well in t20i but now the format chances so they also should be careful while playing, more they hold wickets then they have better chance to chase down any totals.

I am agreeing with what you said but, controlling someone who is naturally aggressive would mean ending what he is known for and the reason for him to be the best.

I think it is good for the team as the captain is aggressive.

I didn't say he should play with his natural aggression on every game but he should evolve from being aggression and how to get control over the game while being in aggression if he like to play with same mind of mindset.

Happy that the loss was of 22 runs instead of 143 runs when Iyer got out. Jadeja proved to be the best batsmen and bowler today when the top order failed completely and still got the highest runs in the match (more than even Iyer) plus took 1 wicket. We are missing allrounders like Jadeja who are good with the bat and ball. Saini surprised me getting 45 runs with an SR of 91. So it's just not Rohit but the entire team that needs to rethink why they can't perform as a team.

A loss is a loss, irrespective of the winning margin. Jadeja batted well, but he was unable to guide India towards a victory. Even if they win the final match, the series is lost and this is going to have a serious impact on the ODI rankings. Right now India is at the second position, behind England (with 119 points). With these two defeats, the gap between England and India has widened.

If this how India plans to play the ODI's then this series will be a whitewash. Good come back and brilliantly played by Newzealand. Today's match shows not only they are good in batting but they have very good bowlers.
This is pay back time for India, New Zealand is playing like ODI world champions even though they got completely dominated in the T20 and they should worry about the upcoming world cup with performance like these but it is great to see that New Zealand dominated India completely in the ODI series and it would be great if they white wash India as a revenge for their loss in T20.
Definitely India is more stronger team along with inform batsmen but India decided to try this series with newbie players to get some expereince but it doesn't go well as expected.Kohli need to control aggression and need to hold his wicket for other players to play well.

Saini and Jadeja played really well,am glad that I had chance to watch that match on television. Both team has weaker middle order batsmen which should be resolved sooner for better results in the future.

Looks like its rainy season in South Africa, yesterday's games, ENG Vs SA and U19 match WI Vs AUS were also abandoned because of rain. Let's hope that tomorrow's Under 19 Worldcup finals don't get cancelled.
Rain's can came without any invitation or season in last few years we are facing some good rains because of this cricket so its not matter of worry now lets see what happen tomorrow because if this rain came again then surely India will lift the cup without any problem as they are unbeatable team and title holder so Bangladesh fans will be frustrated.

I just read from cricinfo that the match between NZ and Pakistan for the 3rd place in U19 cup is abandoned. But they have not mentioned any reason for this. Does anyone knows why that match was abandoned ?

Because of the weather conditions the match was abandoned.

I was hoping to see Pakistan finishes 3rd in this world cup  Huh

Even without the match, Pakistan finish third on the basis of more wins in the group matches, so you can feel happy about it.

^ Don't judge too early bruh. India might comeback hard in the third ODI. As far as this match is concerned, Indian middle order messed up big time. No doubt there. But it was really a thrilling match to watch at the end. When Saini was raining boundaries of Grandhomme, there was slight hope that India could win the match. But I think Jadeja should have stepped up and should have played the big shots instead waiting at the non-striker's end. But credits to NZ they won this match and the series. The newbie, Jamieson well deservingly got the MOM.

Indian team newbie Mayank Agarwal and Prithvi Shah are still struggling to get set in the batting order. Last ODI if these two guys are not able to perform then I doubt they will get another chance in the near future.

Kiwis are back in the business of winning the matches now. India middle order is responsible for today's loss else they would have won it and the way Iyer, Jadeja, Thakur, Saini played and made runs it showed that if you stay on the pitch runs were not that hard to come by. With this NZ won the series and would now try for a whitewash and take revenge of T20 series.

Jadeja and Saini! Hats Off to these two. What a match. Had tons of fun watching these 2 bat all the way till the end though Saini over-estimated himself by going for such risky shots again and again which put more pressure on Jadeja.

NZ were pretty bad on the field missing tons of run-out opportunities though the fake-out to get Chahal out was impressive. Looks like my prediction about India recovering went down the drain, but I still think they will win the final ODI. Very entertaining match overall.

If they win the match, and thereby the series, then it will be a big upset. Especially after the 0-5 whitewash during the T20 series. But Jadeja is still there, and the required rate is still under 7 runs per over. The Indians would still be fancying their chances. Just to add here, the Indian tailenders are capable of batting a bit (especially Shardul Thakur and and Yuzvendra Chahal).

Indian bowlers are not as good as England or even Australian bowlers to bat under pressure and get half the score with a RRR of 6+.

Also, now Thakur is gone, bowled. India are just losing the match but want them to lose it with dignity and not 100+ runs which is the case here. It's embarrassing that such a good team on paper are unable to perform for 50 overs. They played T20 so well just a week ago.

Missing Rohit:

This game is slowly going out of India's hand. Iyer was my last hope and now he is out. I do not think Jadeja will be able to take control of this situation. Only tailenders left.

NZ will win the series if they win this match.

It look like NZ want to take the revenge of white wash of T20s with the ODI white wash. I fear this may come true.
