May be these fake media will not get a harsh punished from the court for publishing the lies but their reputation for not bringing out the truth is gone from the public eyes, no idea about the rules and these media personals but i am sure no one would take their words seriously after getting caught lying and then you are just a joke spreading fake propaganda and sadly all the media will have their political favorites all around the world and i am sick seeing all these bullshit.

This is hilarious. Sri Lanka and Bangladesh sports ministers usually cry over losses based on what I have observed, but I never expected the Sri Lankan to launch an investigation into this after almost a decade as I mentioned in one of my previous posts.

I do not remember any remarkable performance by MS Dhoni in Test cricket but he is the best in the shorter format and hence i would not doubt if he likes the shorter format, since there are more formats and you could get selected in the team in a specific format if you are performing consistently and many countries have different teams for Test, ODI and T20 and the players do not select which format they play but according to the performance they get selected.

If you ask players such as Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni, then I am sure that they would prefer the shorter format instead of the more traditional varieties. Cricket is a career, just like any other. Actually it is nature's rule. If a sport or a particular format is unable to attract fans, it will die out. If the ICC can't make test cricket more interesting, then the prospect of its future survival looks bleak.

@Vishnu.Reang you have brought up a very important point that senior people will never completely switch to T20 and T10 formats as they’ll always choose Test cricket, and you’ll also be surprised to know that Sachin Tendulkar also shares the same views when it comes to test cricket. Furthermore he feels that ICC should preserve this format, and make it more exciting for batman’s and bowler’s which will attract young audience back to this format.

These formats will have an impact on the quality of players they produce and we might end up with a situation where it is hard to produce any solid players with good defense who could play Test cricket.

Anyone who played cricket could relate to the 10 to 15 overs cricket matches in the backyard or in school and college tournaments as well as club tournaments and during my playing days i was really good at these short formats but i was well aware i was not good enough to play Test cricket or ODI because i lack the stamina or the patience to score slowly and now with these short formats and i am sure you could find millions of players who are really good at these short formats.

I watched some of the T10 matches, and I would somewhat agree with you. It was not as exciting as some of the other franchise cricket leagues. But there were multiple reasons for that. First of all, the teams were not linked to various geographies. For example, the Maratha Arabians didn't had any Maharashtra players and the Deccan Gladiators didn't had any players from Hyderabad. On top of that the format itself was flawed. You are giving just 60 overs to 11 batsmen. Obviously the batsmen would be trying to clear the stands all the time, and there is no scope for other shots such as straight drive or cover drive.

I don't think T-20's are destroying the essence of Cricket. Instead, it is the reverse. The T-20 format reignited my love for Cricket just like majority of the Cricket fans out there. Tests and ODIs are very boring these days though they still have a niche.

If it were up to me, I would reorganize the yearly schedule as 80% T-20 matches and 20% ODI and Tests. Entertainment wise, T-20 Cricket is heads and tails better than the rest.

Exactly hardly I had heard about it that time of T10 and did not even seen people speaking much about it. This itself show the engagement with people is not much as compared to T20. Also if you want to enjoy a game with some skills to be visible by batsman and blowers you require some overs so that they can bowl and bat .
