Pakistan is at the second place in points table, after two consecutive wins. They won their first match against the Netherlands, and now they won against Sri Lanka as well. A few months back, they were one of the favorites to win the world cup. But a pathetic performance in the Asia Cup lowered their odds for world cup. I am OK with their batting as of now. But the bowling still needs a lot of improvement. Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hasan Ali and Haris Rauf are leaking too many runs and spinners like Shadab Khan are not managing to get wickets. The absence of Naseem is pretty obvious.

Pakistan really surprised everyone and chased the historic runs chase which will really boost their moral and confidence for the next big match against India at Ahmedabad, no doubt it's totally flat pitch but they way the two guy dragged the inning from bottom to top was phenomenal because when you lose two of your best batter at really early stage, and you have such a mountain like target then it's really difficult to come back and fulfil the team needs without any hesitation and damage.I think management should give more early chances to Shafiq rather than Fakhar because Fakhar is completely out of form from long time while shafiq is absolutely talented diamond and has ability to lead Pakistan out form and damage top order

Pakistan made a history today by chasing highest target in ODI history and this is Pakistan 8th consecutive win against Sri Lanka in ODI world cup. Pakistan have low probability when Sri Lanka gave a target of 345 runs. The best thing that worked today for Pakistan is replacement of Fakhar Zaman with Asad Shafique.
In the next game, Pakistan should also try to replace Shadab with next available option. Pakistan next match is with India and they haven't wont won any game against India in ODI WC.

Bangladesh was good against other Teams, but you know England has a good cricket team, they have been playing well for the previous few years. They have strong batting openers which include, Dawid Malan and Jonny Bairstow, who both played well in today's match. Dawid Malan scored a best century which includes 5 sixes and 16 fours. We have seen some good cricket from England regarding their batting performance as well as their bowling performance. I can't say that Bangladesh is not a good team but comparing England, England is far better than Bangladesh. Bangladesh played better against Afghanistan, Netherlands, and many other Team like this. But England comes under the top categories of Teams, so it is difficult to win from it.

The way England started their innings, I thought the score would be 400+ today. But in the last 10 overs, the Bangladeshi bowlers found the truck. England could not do well in the last 10 overs.At the end of 40 overs, England's collection was 298 runs with the loss of only 3 wickets.
