In 2nd ODI Australia posted 392 In loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs vs South Africa. Australia played very well especially David Warner scored a century of 106 runs in 93 balls, Marnus Labuschagne also played and brilliantly knocked 124 runs unbeaten in just 99 balls and helped his team to post a high total of 392 runs for South Africa. South Africa had poor bowling in this match except Tabraiz Shamsi who picked 4 important wickets of Australia by just giving 61 runs in 10 overs. I think South Africa lost this match by a huge margin the chance of South Africa winning this match is very low.

Srilanka is looking strong at the moment in the match against Bangladesh and most probably they will win this match. That will keep Bangladesh out of the finals.
Positive points for Bangladesh in today's match were to win but that chance is slowly diminishing due to Bangladesh's top order batsmen not performing well. But if Bangladesh can't win today's low scoring target of 258 runs then what else can I expect as a supporter for Bangladesh. Bangladesh started the batting well in the beginning but since the dismissal of Shakib Al Hasan and Liton Das, Bangladesh have been under great pressure. Now Tawheed Hriday and Bangladesh's most reliable batsman Mushfiqur Rahim are on the wicket. If these two can build a long partnership for Bangladesh then Bangladesh can win today's match.

Srilanka is looking strong at the moment in the match against Bangladesh and most probably they will win this match. That will keep Bangladesh out of the finals.

As I posted Earlier, The opening batter of Bangladesh Mohammad Naim played a Match eating performance. He scored a massive 21 runs from 46 balls and did not manage to continue his innings. He is far ahead of Afif and Shahim Patwary at this moment. He is going to get the General position of Bangladesh Lords association and of course he is going to play against India as well.

Glad to see that Australia finally gave a place in the team for Marnus Labuschagne in the ODI team and he scored another match changing century along with David Warner and a century from Warner proved that he will be a fixture till the World Cup. South African bowlers we taken apart as the target for them is 392 and this is going to be another huge loss for them before the World Cup.

Bangladesh's bowling performance is not bad but they are not able to take wickets. If they fail to take wickets, no matter how well they bowl, a big run target will be waiting for Bangladesh at the last moment. So today is going to be a tough game for Bangladesh against Sri Lanka. as Sri Lanka still have 7 wickets left they might be able to target 250+ runs. as a Bengali, it is very sad to see Bangladesh lose like this

Have to give the credit to Marnus Labuschagne. This guy entered into Test cricket as a concussion replacement for Smith and he grabbed the opportunity with both hands.
In the ODI, he didn't fire up much and due to this reason he wasn't regular in the ODI setup but here he comes again as a concussion substitute and won the last match and today also proving his worth.

The partnership between David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne has so far added 138 runs at 7.5 runs per over. Anrich Nortje went for almost 12 per over. Don't know what is going on with the South African bowlers. Quality pacers like Nortje and Rabada are getting hammered all around the park. And also don't forget the fact that this is a home series for South Africa. Looking at the form of the Australian batsmen, I would say that they will be the favorites to lift the trophy during ODI World Cup in 2023, followed at some distance by Pakistan.
We can only blame them for, not balling enough hard length balls to Aussie but it happens in white ball cricket. The pitch does look a bit favorable to spinners but again you need quality spin bowlers for some success. For me, England and Australia are fav because they have almost all the ingredients and their batting looks scary.

Opener Mohammad Naim failed in the last three ODIs, and yet he is getting another chance here. They take spinner Nasum Ahmed in this match considering the pitch will be spin-friendly. The spinners were economical but all the wickets were taken by the pace unit. The Pace bowling revolution started by their pace bowling coach Alan Donald.

I don't trust the batting line-up of Bangladesh, they can be defeated by 257 runs. Sri Lanka will definitely want to bowl under control in this match. If wickets can fall at regular intervals along with controlled bowling then it will not be too difficult for Sri Lanka to win this match.
Three spinners of Bangladesh bowled in today's match but none of the spinners could take a wicket today. 8 out of nine wickets were taken by fast bowlers. In the first match against Bangladesh, Sri Lanka's spinners changed the course of the match a lot.
