2nd ODI match between Australia and South Africa already started. South Africa won the toss and chose to batting first. Australia team already 1-0 lead to South Africa team. In today match Australian team batting performance was unbeleivable because Australia Team scored 190 runs in only half overs fantastic performance and losing 2 wickets. Performance of M. Marsh was so badly and he scored 0 runs. But players like D. Warner and M. Labuschgne. I think that today Australia give huge target like almost 350 and above runs.

Sri Lanka scored 131 runs in 30 overs but they still have plenty of wickets left. So they still have a chance to collect high runs and give Bangladesh a big run target. Bangladesh's bowling performance is not bad but they are not able to take wickets. If they fail to take wickets, no matter how well they bowl, a big run target will be waiting for Bangladesh at the last moment. So today is going to be a tough game for Bangladesh against Sri Lanka. as Sri Lanka still have 7 wickets left they might be able to target 250+ runs. as a Bengali, it is very sad to see Bangladesh lose like this
SL has lost 4 wickets and scored 150 runs after 34 runs. If Bangladesh can get few more wickets then there is a chance that they may restrict SL to 250 or less. At the moment Bangladesh focus must be to restrict SL to lowest possible target. If SL can give a target of over 250 runs then it won't be easy to chase against strong SL bowling lineup.

SL so far are stable after 29 overs as they have lost only 3 wickets on net score of 126 runs. My guess is that SL can give a target of 280 to 290 runs and that won't be easy to chase. But we have seen a tight contest between SL and Afghanistan where Afghanistan lost only by 2 runs. So SL need to remain vigilant in bowling also.
Current runs of Sri Lanka are 145 in 33 over and 4 players are out so the position of match is tough and attaining the target of 280 and 290 is very hard to accomplish. If the current players make a good partnership then they can give the target of upto 250 runs.
If they attain the achievement of less than 250 then Sri Lanka will have to perform better balling to win the match easily.

I don't have a problem with reserve days. In general, i support such a move but favoring only 1 match because it has more financial weightage than other matches, even the final. Not a good look IMO.

Also this is unfair for other teams. Let's suppose a rain affected draw match between India and Pakistan would give them one point each and this could be beneficial for any other team. But they give them another day to play the match and then one of the teams will get two points and this may not be good for some other teams. The point is if you are giving a reserve day to them, why not give a reserve day to every team?

Now New Zealand need less than 100 runs to win. The 3rd wicket partnership between Devon Conway and Daryl Mitchell is taking New Zealand towards a very comfortable victory.
