The problem is, they are not being able to bring in new players. New players who are actually interested in playing cricket as a professional and not as a hobby. Netherlands are a competent team and they could have done a lot better. I also do not think that Dutch people are actually interested in cricket. And if we talk about the government of Netherlands I don’t think the government is interested in any sports at all. Otherwise, Netherlands could have done better in both cricket and football.

I don't want to repeat anything. What happened in countries such as Netherlands, Kenya, Nepal.etc is purely due to the incompetence of the ICC (reduced funds, change in eligibility criteria). It is sad to see cricket dying in countries like these. But then, the Thai women proved that they don't need any help from the ICC to grow. They reached where they are, as a result of their own effort. They got close to zero support from the ICC (although the ACC was far more supportive before Jay Shah took over the reins.)

It would great to see him bowl 10 overs today. The stadium is full of Indian supporters and looks far better than the empty stadium when Australia and England plays against each other.

Even we have huge gain in fan base for cricket in Asian countries, but sadly it's losing charm in many countries like the Netherlands and Ireland which are having better future for soccer and rugby with West Indies and New Zealand are also going on this way but in New Zealand and England we can say few subcontinent settlers are doing good job and trying to have their mark in this game which is giving them good result.

With this all Netherlands is never ideal for this game even they have nearly 200 years old love affair with this game and new franchise cricket is also having no positive outlook which is surely sad part for this game in region, and we can't expect any good thing from ICC about this because their aims are completely different, and they will never do any positive work for the popularity of this game which is surely the worst thing which is happening in this.

Without any doubt this is surprising for all because we have not settled setup for cricket in this country and their men team is also no in any better position which can give good interest and now their women's team is having impressive result even they can do good results against big teams which are having better facilities and environment for this game hopefully this could be good for the ASEAN region which is also very good and can give better outlook in long run as right now this game is surely looking for more fan base in different regions specially Asian Cricket which is never been ideal just because of two big which are never been ideal for the game due to their personal conflicts.

It is not that Pakistan plays badly all the time, Pakistan has performed very well in many matches. But currently Pakistan team is a bit weak especially the batting site is the main problem of Pakistan team. Due to batting problem Pakistan has to face problems in some matches. But the bowling line of Pakistan team has some reputation again

All discussion is about batting side of Pakistan which Is unpredictable sometimes they perform and sometimes they don't but balling is their strength as we have seen in all the tournaments and whole cricket world knows them as strongest balling attack in the world . If they had worked little bit on their batting line-up the T20 world cup was theirs but let's hope in future they will work on this.

In T20 they may have reached the final but ultimately failed to win the match if they could collect a few runs they could win the match. However, in the upcoming ODI Cricket World Cup, they will try to correct those mistakes with the highest priority. But there will be greater opposition here. Currently Australia's ODI performance is better than any team in the world. Their reliable batting line-up has surprised the entire cricketing world once again. The performance they showed against England was really appreciable.

Can't agree with your words and I also don't understand why you are underestimating Pakistan like this, if you go to see few matches recently Pakistan won against not only bad team but good team like New Zealand. I think Pakistan's bowling side can easily destroy a strong batting side but it is true that their batting side is very weak now and they have to accept a lot of losses for that.

Yeh bro you can't underestimate Pakistan team batting and bowling, because Pakistan is in the list of those team which has ability to beat any big team like India , england, south Africa etc. It's true that Pakistan Middle order is quite weak but Pakistan batting opening pair has most hundred partnership that any other , Pakistan is that kind of team which can beat India by opening just like england did recent, and in recent World Cup we beat Netherlands team who beat South Africa we also beat Bangladesh, new Zealand too. & Bowling has no need for explanation 😜

If in recent ODI England failed to perform that doesn't mean that it is a weak team , it's a phase and they'll come out of that and they'll come out stronger than before.

@coinism it’s clear from this series that Australia are a better side in the ODI format, and England has to rebuild their ODI team. Furthermore I’m kinda surprised too by how easily Australia won this series, and it seems to me like England player’s are not at all keen to play ODI format now and if that’s the case then England selector’s should find player’s who’re yet keen to excel in this format.
