New Zealand women's team has performed very well in both the series ‍against Bangladesh women's team. The 3-match T20I series Bangladesh women's team lost and whitewashed. In ODI series New Zealand win one and the other two matches being no result due to rain. The performance of Bangladesh women's team has failed completely in this series. Recently Australia and New Zealand have been interrupted by heavy rains which has resulted in the suspension of several series of matches.

This is so frustrating. The match was going on so nicely, and as usual the rain interruption occurs. For all the T20I and ODI matches in this series (Bangladesh women vs New Zealand women), the play was interrupted at one point or other because of rain. Are these rains unseasonal? Or did they scheduled this series during the rainy season? Anyway, New Zealand women were at 123/2 when rain stopped play. Suzie Bates was looking good, but immediately after she got her half century she got out to the bowling of Ritu Moni.

This is just becoming qtruly stupid. ICC should really do something about this rain situation. Because of rain a lot of series are resulting like this. Honestly, there is nothing to be done in this situation. Except for probably arranging these series at a better time. The weather in New Zealand was supposed to be like this at this time of the year. ICC should have kept that in mind. I think we could have at least seen all the matches being played if this series was hosted by Bangladesh. The New Zealand women's team was playing really well. I think they were on the verge of another win against the Bangladesh women. But it was not to be and in the end, it was no result again.

From the men's T20 World Cup matches the rain problem continues. It truly disturb the viewers. Bangladesh Women isn't as good to win against New Zealand Women. Slowly the team is making progress and it takes more time to be a competent to New Zealand Women. In the first ODI managed to score 180 runs which isn't good enough, it requires atleast 250+ runs in an ODI.

In women's games the totals are not as high as the men's game. And given the bowler friendly conditions in New Zealand, I would say that a score of 220-230 would have been enough. But Bangladesh couldn't even manage that much. In both the ODIs they scored well below 200. It is sad to see the slow progress from Bangladesh, despite being awarded test status almost 23 years ago. They have remained at where they were in 1999, both in men's and women's varieties. Anyway, the last match will be played tomorrow and the Bangladeshi women will be hoping for a win.

The Bangladesh cricket board has been plagued by corruption. That is a big reason why the cricket scene in Bangladesh has basically come to a standstill right now. And I do not think that the Bangladesh cricket board is actually very interested in women’s cricket. But if we look at the achievements, we will see that the Bangladesh women’s team has actually achieved some very significant trophies. The Bangladesh women’s team is currently not very powerful. They are not even good enough to compete against the top teams.

But that is the same with the Bangladesh men’s team as well right now. Bangladesh's mainstream has improved quite a lot and the women’s team is also improving but it will take a lot more time.

The last match against New Zealand is going to be very pivotal for Bangladesh. If the Bangladesh women’s team can actually win that, that alone is going to be an achievement.
The match is live now, NZ is batting, they scored 76 in 15 over, & lost 1 wicket.

Yes this is right. In the women matches they don't make high score as compare to men matches.
I think 200+ runs in the women team is a good achievement. And you said the Bangladeshi women are hoping to win. So I think they only can hope. Because New Zealand team is much better than Bangladeshi team. But at this we can't say anything. Let see what happens?
It's true that the run score of women teams is lower than Mens team and I think the cause of it is all about the stamina And it is natural that women will have less stamina than men. On the other hand, the stamina of Bangladeshi girls is at the middle level. Their highest run score in ODI format is 234/7 against Pakistan women team. In this case I think they didn't score as their ability.
The stamina between Men and Women vary, but they have the ability. We can't expect the transition all of the sudden. It happens slowly, because women's team have begun to score 150 runs average on T20 matches, which means scoring atleast 200+ runs is possible in an ODI.

I think it is not about the low scoring by the women's team as compared to men. Some sports suit to men more as compared to women and cricket is one of them.

It's not that women's cricket is not played at all, we see that after every men's world cup there is a women's world cup too but the audience and coverage of it is at their lowest level as no one seems interested in women's cricket, not only the audience but also the media shows no interest.

New Zealand is looking better in this series and already won the matches. Because New Zealand shown its good performance in T20 matches. And still some issues in Bangladesh women team and these should be fixed.
The 3rd ODI is also in the favor of New Zealand but no one can say anything at this time, if Bangladesh will do better performance can win the match.

New Zealand women have played well, but once again rain interruption is creating issues. Even when Indian men's team toured New Zealand last month, a number of matches had to be abandoned as a result of rain. At this time around, I don't think that weather conditions in New Zealand allow quality cricket to be played. Almost all the matches in this series (NZ Women vs Ban Women) were impacted by rain. Hopefully New Zealand cricket will pay more attention to schedule in the future, and will arrange matches during dry season.

The second ODI between Bangladesh women and New Zealand women ended with no result. I am sure that if the match was actually played, the Bangladesh women would not have won.

Right now there is no way Bangladesh women can win this series.

But if Bangladesh women can somehow win the last ODI, they will be able to at least draw the series. But I am quite sure that will not happen. After all, New Zealand has been consistently beating Bangladesh in the series convincingly. But as much as that raises the option for Bangladesh to salvage something from this series, I don’t think anyone wanted this series to have any rain problems. Because that is just annoying for viewers and also for those who actually want to go to the stadium to watch the match. Because the ticket is just a waste of money.

New Zealand Women vs Bangladesh Women, 2nd ODI Bangladesh team set a easy and small target. Which could have easily been overcome by the New Zealand women's team. But due to rain it was not possible. Over reduced due to rain. Bangladesh team play 44 overs and the second innings New Zealand team needed 156 runs in 43 overs. The New Zealand women's team managed to score 14 runs in 4.4 overs for the loss of 1 wicket and the game was later abandoned as no-result due to rain. Bangladesh women's team is far behind in this series. Moreover, there is only one match left in this series, it remains to be seen how far the Bangladesh women's team can progress.
New Zealand is playing very well than Bangladesh women team.  New Zealand Women's team is gaining ability to win the second ODI match and it seems that Bangladesh Women's team will not win against New Zealand as Bangladesh scored only 157 runs playing 44 overs so.  New Zealand can easily cross its target. The women's team has not been as strong as the men's cricket team of Bangladesh yet

The third ODI match between New Zealand women and Bangladesh women will be the decider. The second match was washed out, and the hosts are up by 1-0 as they won the first match. And New Zealand already won the T20I series by 3-0. That said, I am not witnessing any improvement from the Bangladeshi women. Even during the second ODI, they only managed 157/7. And this time their entire top order failed. Top scorer was no.6 batter Ritu Moni, who made 32 runs. None of the other players managed a score of more than 30.

The Bangladesh Women's Team did not make good target for the New Zealand Women's Team as they are in good form. As it is regarded as small target at the same time rain is another barrier. Bangladesh Women's team batted 44 overs and they were able to score 157 runs. But because of the rain, New Zealand will have to score only 156 runs in 43 overs. Which I think is a very easy target for them. The Bangladesh Women's team has not yet seen any win against New Zealand in this tour.

Yes Bangladesh women team's performance was very bad. If we talk about the performance of New Zealand team. So we will see that it was really better than Bangladesh team.

156 runs in 43 overs that was very low score and New Zealand team chased it easily. So the New Zealand is more better than Bangladesh.

Bangladesh's women's team is very weak. Especially their batting line-up is weak. And so they are not able to play well. In the first match, the Bangladesh women's team lost all wickets for just 32 runs. And so New Zealand Women's team will not have any problem winning the ODI series. I think the New Zealand team will win all three ODI matches in the series. 250 runs is enough to win on such a pitch. But the batsmen of Bangladesh do not have the ability to collect 250 runs against the bowlers of New Zealand.

No need to write them (Bangladesh) off completely. Two matches remain in this series, to be played at Napier and Hamilton. By now Bangladeshi players might have got an idea about the pitch conditions and weather patterns. And although the T20I series was won 3-0 by New Zealand, there were some noticeable performances from the Bangladeshi women. Batting was a complete failure and I don't even want to mention about it here (in one of the matches they were bowled out for a total of 32 runs). But in the bowling department, Marufa Akter and Ritu Moni have performed credibly.
