Everytime after a match they face so much criticism and there is so much suggestions and ideas coming from the people who might not have played cricket but think they are expert of their field.

If it is an individual and he is just representing himself then it is quite okay that no one gives suggestion. The team is representing a country and this means they are playing on favour of the entire population of the nation. This gives them the right to make criticism and give suggestions, and even we are not expert on it. But, looking the performance and mistakes done our mind says he should've done that change by then and it could've increased the winning chance. This is just an assumption, same is with others.

That is correct they represent the country but sometime the criticism is too harsh...
Bangladesh team has hardly been able to perform well.
They need proper training or may be new induction as well.

I think Bangladesh were over confident after there win over WI and result we just saw. Still one more odi to go and let's see whether Zimbabwe can do a whitewash or not. In this series Zimbabwe batting was the main reason why they won 2 odi matches.

Raza not only contributed through his bat but also took 3 wickets. He is one of kind of all rounder who can change the future of Zimbabwe's cricket.

How did they prolong this match after the fall of four wickets early? It is against Bangladesh who have a good reputation in ODI matches. Undoubtedly, their batting line-up showed great courage. If they can maintain this consistency then they can build resistance against any of the biggest team.

Sikandar Raja is batting brilliantly in every match and Bangladeshi bowlers are bowling very badly. Especially the performance of Bangladeshi pace bowlers is very bad. I really missed Shakib in this series. If Shakib was with the squad, maybe Bangladesh would not have been defeated so badly. However, Bangladesh might get a consolation win in the last match of the series.
