Bangladesh lost the first ODI despite giving away a target of more than 300. Today's pitch is also batting friendly. If they want to win, Bangladesh will have to give a target of more than 320. Otherwise, the Bangladesh team will suffer a shameful defeat in the ODI series like the T20 series.

I want to say, it is a do-or-die match for the Bangladesh team. They have to win this match by any means. Won an ODI series brilliantly against West Indies a few days ago. It is unbelievable that they will perform so poorly against a team like Zimbabwe. Bangladesh lost the previous match only because of the inefficiency of the bowlers. At the same time, Mushfiqur collected 17 runs off maybe 16 balls in the last 5 overs. We don't expect such a silly performance from an experienced batsman like him.

Here Mushfiqur Rahim being a top order batsman has basically collected 20 to 25 runs less for his half century. Moreover, the failure of Bangladeshi bowlers is another major reason. Bangladesh lost the first match due to some fielding errors. Let's wait and see how much Bangladesh can catch themselves in the second match.

Bangladeshi batsmen could not play well in the second match as well. Bangladesh's collection in the first 20 overs was 116 runs. And Bangladesh's innings ended on 290 runs. Bangladesh scored only 290 in the second ODI. Although the run did not look reliable but Zimbabwe had already lost 4 wickets. The current situation is somewhat in favor of Bangladesh. Zimbabwe collect 55 runs from 17 overs. As cricket is uncertain anything can be happen. So we have to wait until the game will be finished.

Bangladesh have scored 290 runs in there first innings and which is quite a decent score. In reply Zim are 30/3 in 10 overs. Clearly Bangladesh are favorite at this point. From Bangladesh side star performer is Mahmudullah who scored 80 runs. Overall its a good batting from all Bangladesh batsmen.

It's good to see Zimbabwe finally performing good in ODIs. First ODI was a real entertainer. Right now Bangladesh are batting first and after the end of 14 overs Bangladesh are 81/2. Both openers are gone after giving a solid opening stand of 71 runs. Let's see Bangladesh can capitalise on that.

In ODI match 303 is not a bad score for any team. Here one thing keep in mind that if sufficient wickets in hand they have to play a more aggressive role towards the end. It is very common practice but i don't know why the Bangladesh team seems to have forgotten that, only two wickets lost but i didn't see any aggressive moment by their cricket at that particular match. I must say that Zimbabwe performed very well.
