My post was not been specifically aimed at you, more a general answer on other post but yeah, you're not excluded from that. Of course you do not need to have a Bitcointalk account with hundreds of posts but of course the lack of them will not make people completely comfortable.

On the other hand, what's the guarantee that a person with a 3 year old account with 500 posts will not scam anyone? And don't tell me thats never happened. What I am trying to say is, judging someone by the number of their posts is just like judging someone by the color of their skin.

Did you just compare skepticism of newly created accounts to racism?

Might look at buying 1-2 of those 10 of those DX Large (10 board). Seems like a pretty good deal (if difficulty increases as I hope it will Tongue).

Very good business decision - glad someone was willing to act on the opportunity to do this (fortune favors the brave).

If you have working units (in a reasonable timeframe) I will likely be a customer.

Keep the info flowing as you make progress...

pcb board assembly for 18gh is 7btc or $798? a 60 chip in a 6 pcb? that is very expensive, maybe i should get a thread offering a much cheaper option.

Amir has 13 posts and he is providing a service ... better be careful.. he does not accept Escrow ..

Actually if you read the listing on the site or you had read the klondike thread or even just the title you would know that it is actually 64 chips on 4 boards. Not sure why you assumed 6 boards and 60 chips. Also I find it a little strange that terrahash does not know his product offering enough to correct you.The 1.99 btc deal is actually reasonable (not an amazing deal but competitive) considering it comes out to approx .031 btc per chip, other people are offering 10 chip boards at approx 1 BTC(fully assembled, using current exchange rate).I know Bkk is offering raw(no chips attached) boards at somewhere btween 2.60-5$usd each but they are in Thailand and the shipping will be adding a significant cost to the transaction. Now the fact it does not come with PSU has to be taken into account but even with the added cost it is still reasonable IMO.

I AM IN NO WAY endorsing this product offering:I am just pointing out mistakes in your assumption and laying out a little comparison of other product offerings. With that said I will be watching this offer carefully because I believe it is one of the best offerings I have seen if he can get the product out the door in a timely and efficient manner.

There is no guarantee of course but people with more posts and time spent at some community usually have someone to vouch for them or some trades to show, reputation etc... anyone can screw you on Internet, that's true but there are situations with less or more risk involved.

You might not like it but at the moment you are the one with more risk involved and we're talking about significant amount of money, it's not like 20-50 when you don't care too much. I would definitely consider buying from you though I don't like the opening module price but it would be very hard decision to send few thousands to someone I don't have a clue who is he and where is he coming from. That doesn't mean you're scammer of course, you might be the most honest person but...

I was thinking of buying some chips with the intent of assembling the K64 model myself.  But after some research, I realized I was probably not properly qualified to try such and endeavor.  Frankly 7BTC for the populated board (module?) seem very reasonable (considering the raw asic cost 5BTC).

If the price is firm, you can be sure I will be your customer for the K64s (not sure about the 21BTC enclosure though).  Looking forward to you opening orders.

What I've learned in last few weeks that most sellers of anything here are people with 20-30 posts. Guys who joined bitcointalk week ago selling first week orders of BFL singles. Yeah sure, first week order and joined this forum few days ago, probably found about BFL on Brazzers..

First of all, I never bought any BFL singles, nor did I offer to sell any. Second, why do you assume that everyone using/mining Bitcoins has to have a Bitcointalk account with 100s of posts? My purpose of signing up on here is just to provide official representation of the company on this particular forum. We did not advertise our products here, we had to make this thread because people were speculating negatively about our company on other threads.

PS. module prices are pretty good but first entry one could be lower.

Thank you all for the support. We are not claiming to be doing any rocket science. We are just taking Avalon's chips, Klondike PCBs, a bunch of components and putting them together for a fee. We just saw there was a huge demand for this, with 700,000 chips already sold and no reliable assembly operation.

ill order from u for sure, i wish u good luck ...
