Trying to get my coins off cryptsy...When I go to anoncoin.net to update my wallet (OS X) I get a "404 Not Found" error. What am I doing wrong?

I had to give additional information yesterday. Withdraw time, txid, and such. Sent the info back to them and today they closed my ticket as resolved because I did not respond within 5 days. I sent a new ticket today and got this. Pretty much just says go back to the end of the line.

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I have escalated this ticket to our tech support team.
Kindly give them time to respond as they reply to tickets in the order that they are received.
Please let me know when your withdrawal has gone thru.
Thank you kindly for your patience and understanding."

btw, I ask them to send back ANC to my account and they did, so coins are not lost, "just" withdraw doesn't work right now

I did the same thing now. Took them only a few minutes to cancel it. Still not possible to withdraw ANC there.
