Ursay, I wanna buy more BTC using Bitinstant. Is it advisable to do this right now?

I used cash to GOX deposit yesterday with my GOX user name.  New MX number failed when I tried this morning.  I would suggest using your GOX user name for now.  Cheesy

I was planning on using Cash deposit at Walmart using Moneygram -> ZipZap -> Bitinstant -> Bitcoin address
Is that system automatically working now and fixed? Or will you have to manually put that through like my previous orders?

Let me know whats up, I'm about to leave the house and want to put in a order, depending on your answer

Just so you know I went and deposited cash at Walmart -> Moneygram -> Zipzap -> Bitinstant -> Bitcoin address anyway, and I got my BTC at my address in under an hour.

Awesome URSAY. I hope you get a fucking paid vacation and a big promotion as soon as these are all resolved. I actually went ahead and made another transaction with Bitinstant today (about an hour ago, which actually already cleared), solely because you have been so responsive in the face of all the angry bullshit from us forum users (me included). I posted here and got nowhere for a day. i then saw the reddit thread earlier today and posted there and got my issue resolved quite quickly. thanks to whoever was doing the bitinstant support over there. i am very happy about my resolution and hope everyone gets their coins as well.

Probably just a type on my part.  Thanks for pointing that out.  It won't effect the working status on your ticket.  Level 2 support doesn't organize by Bitcointalk username.  I do because I was hoping to be more personally accountable.  Unfortunately there is not enough time in the day for me to give a million updates on existing issues.  I would rather be actually resolving the issues as I'm sure many of your would agree.  Thanks!  Smiley

Which might be the case, but the money is still gone

This is such bullshit. I've had $500 just disappear and two days later its still nowhere to be found. Posted on reddit and they said they processed my order... 7 hours later and still no go. What's going on? I've already lost so much money because of this. I need my money and I need compensation for the money that i've lost.

Unfortunately it REALLY wasnt me. There is however hope for you.. a lot of those codes they send out dont even work.. yours could have been one of those and in that case theyd still be required to send you another code. Hopefully thats the case

Thank you yellowbellypig for coming out and saying that it wasn't you. There have now been two people who have put their codes up today and they have been busted from it. I was able to successfully intercept one of them earlier, but I can only stay so updated on this forum.

URSAY never got my USD transfer on mtgox I gave my mtgox address as DestAccount but maybe this was wrong?

This code is what gives you your funds on mtgox[/b][/size] If you post this publicly, YOU WILL BE ALLOWING ANYONE ON THIS FORUM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. I have seen this for a couple of people now. I was succesfully able to help out one person by stealing the code before anyone else could. I then contacted this person with a newly generated code that I made and he received his funds. He has stated that everything went smoothly as seen below

It's something called caring maybe? Sorry I want to be a good person and try to help people out on the forums. If you took it, it would be great if you sent him a PM with a new code. You don't need to tell anyone you took it or anything, because I'm sure he will be thrilled that he has it back. These forums are meant to help people. Not steal the money of people who are just trying to get a little bit of help.

That's super unfortunate. There a complete lack of communication on bit instants behalf. I feel as though it is the websites fault a well as my own and that a resolution should be discussed between us
