I placed the order on march 28th, transfering money via Boleto (from Brazil) to MtGox

and the funds are not yet credited

I would like to know if you guys received the confirmation from  ZipZap that the payment was sent.
if not, how long would it take to confirm

We dont have BTC-e funds at the moment, do you want me to reroute it or process to another exchange?
I saw reserves were at nearly $700 earlier today, but have gone down a bit since then.

UPDATE:
Issue resolved. On April 5 BitInstant deposited the funds to my BTC-e account.  It took them 8 days.

I have problems when trying to redeem my founds. The message says:
"This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used)"

Wich is wierd because I never use this code before yesterday when I try for the first time to use it.
I create my account  at mtgox.com over the weekend and yesterday I was told how to reedem
my money/bitcoins. I place this order last Thursday. After URSAY explains to me how to do all this,
I log in to my account and type the code and I get that error. What else needs to be done in order
to see my BTC deposit.?

Looks like many of us are having the exact same issue with the MTGox Connection error in our order. It seems you have been able to fix some and not others... It would be helpful to understand what the actual problem is, and perhaps you guys should consider turning off mtgox funding option until you get this corrected.

 Nobody is going to want to use a service that works "some of the time".
