Here's the long hand.

I'd really like nothing more than for you to take this deal, then you still have your hardware you can sell. It's a solid deal for you. looks like I'd even be extending your profit margin on my unit. Come on, lets do business. I won't even tell anyone if the BTC shows up in the account. It can be between us.

I'm not cutting out on a limb defending AMT, however, why are you making false threats?

If you are going to do something do it, but seriously, stop filling up the forums with threats.

I have seen the same old "SUE AMT" for about 100 posts.

Make a new forum for that or something.

then stfu or start the thread yourself.

Apart from the abbreviated: What clennel said. Go make your own thread where you can freely express your love and admiration for anyone who is in over their heads.

I am not here to discredit (or threaten) anyone. I am here to stay informed. Sure, now and then a few loose accusations might fly around. Nonetheless, counting it all up it seems to have helped because some people are getting answers. Not us, for that matter, but some people are.

And i am not sure what cutting on a limb means. And, seeing as how some people here made actual physical threats to one another, I will for the sake of good citizenship assume that you mean going out on a limb. I for one would never use the words cutting and limb in one sentence (though, I just did  Roll Eyes )

False threats?

Delaware county consumer affairs already has my case.

A bunch of us already have a lawyer that's investigating.   They've already visited their office.

These aren't threats.  These are pretty real.

We can either help you sell your miner here or ship your miner soon but without a power supply like Craigs... Again do you have a file number..

Not a problem...  will lend you some slack.... ship it without the power supply  (ship the power supply when you get one).   Send me pronto the tracking #.    Make sure it works though!

Call Delaware Consumer Affairs... you know my name.   I got their confirmation yesterday, but I do not have the letter with me.

I also have a case number with consumer affairs, I also joined the group who are trying to get their money back collectively. I have filed with the FTC /FBI and other agencies. I am going to do all I can to get what is due to me from AMT as well as the individuals at AMT.

I have lots of money, and a lot of time. I need either a refund or a working 1.2T miner by the end of this month.

Ditto

AMT, you have until the end of the month.  That is, you have 3 days.

So yea, we'll go back to work now that this is all over. Please see the video above.

Summary - We spoke for 20 minutes, he believes he is like some ark angel of the forum by posting they way he does. We showed off our miners and he asked to buy one, we said ok. We didn't pay any bounty, he was such an upstanding guy he wouldn't have taken it. And we didn't offer it anyway. He removed the posts because he saw we were legit and he sees that we're not drinking tequilas on some island.

We did stop at superfresh down the street, but they were out of pineapples, so no one got pricked this evening.

more importantly.. why hasn't Phin come on and validated any of this... why is AMT doing all the talking, yet again. Rolling up the carpet and heading to the docks 100% sounds like they killed Phin/Bruno.

I don't understand, you collected hundreds of thousands of dollars in pre-orders and you have no staff to put the things together?

Chips are expensive. Total cost per build is coming in at 4900-5400 as of now. We've sold several at between 4799-5399, almost 60% - so yes at this facility we are short staffed today.

I'm willing to make a deal with you to avoid any further issue. Upon meeting these conditions I will waive my right to your products and any MPP upgrades that were advertised on your site. I will gladly call the Consumer affairs office and have them stop my claim in it's tracks.

You send 10 BTC to my wallet right now so I can purchase an ant miner S2 and 3 S1 (I'll worry about the power supplies for the S1s)

At the current price of BTC that is $5,120 which is under the upper end of your build costs. I paid $5759 dollars.

You make $639 off of my transaction. Profit for you, miners for me. We shake virtual hands and part ways. If in the future I see you're operating smoothly I'd be glad to consider a purchase with you again then.

I'll take the same deal he's getting.

I was not there I would just like to see the miner.

Then how did you know Mblackout name was 'Amy'  and that she was present on Phil's visit?

What's your order number.

No actually you need to mine for 6 months before being upgraded, please read the MPP carefully. And maybe we can try and help you out here.

Maybe you need to quote me what your MPP says.  Run the number with www.genesisblock.com .... you may need to supply us with a 5 THs in 6 months time to ROI.

Send the refund,   trust me.... that's the cheapest way for you to get out of your obligations.

Yes, unfortunate that you are short staffed.

However, it doesn't not excempt you from your obligations.   If you made a bad business decision by pricing the miners incorrectly, then you might as well give us a refund.

A full refund is the cheapest way right now for you to exit your obligations.   There are lawsuits pilling up,   if you ship your units, you are obligated to MPP.   Your staff will need to start spending time in small claims court.  The debt collectors are also coming.
