Gambling is a business, there for, the casino will put all those  do's and don'ts, to blind fold you towards their intention of collecting your money and to also show a prove to the casino regulatory bodies,in case there is a serious gambling related case, which led to depression or ruined life of their customers, for the casino not to be held responsible of such situation.

The casinos are after their customers funds because it is a business, and nobody will love to loose in his business. Those guidelines are written to save and remind a responsible gambler not to fall into addiction. If the casino cares about the welfare of their customers, then if a gamblers lost heavily,he should be given back 50% of his lost and shouldn't be allowed to gamble in their platform till the next two days.

For them it is business and with every activity online we were able to see disclaimer and such a disclaimer is found in each and every gambling platform. Every casino want it's users to play in a responsible way, only then business will be good. When it comes to an investment based platform, we can see the disclaimer investments are subject to risk read the terms carefully before investing.

I don't believe online casinos enjoy seeing a gambler lose money. I'd like to believe that they only want responsible gamblers to patronize them. They believe they have a moral obligation to present some suggestions for responsible gambling to the general population. It is also logical to believe that if they could assess visitors for gambling addiction, those who failed the test would be banned from signing up. Because they can't, they've created a section of their website with guidelines for responsible gambling. So, even if the house always wins, which is good for their business, it is your responsibility to bet responsibly.

The following are some of the responsible gambling guidelines I found on Livecasino.io, Duelbits, TrustDice, and others. They all have the same idea.

Quote
- Treat your betting and gaming as a form of entertainment and only use money that you have set aside for your entertainment.
- Do not bet or wager amounts larger than you are comfortable with.
- Do not bet or wager with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Do not chase your losses.
- Do not let your betting and/or gaming take up time that you would usually spend on other activities.

 Any thoughts?

I think those casino is just complying with responsible gambling regulation on each casino. But for sure all of them want to keep you betting because its a profit for them and it will not be a good business to them if their costumers will just spend a chunk. They want whales to come in and bet since this is how they can get revenue to their casino, but what good thing about those casino is atleast they post that notice because there are still time for other to think clearly before starting to spend their money on casino.

Do you know what? they're lying Cheesy

I don't know why they're wrote like that, it's either the license or the regulations force the casino to write it or the casino itself has an idea about that. I'm not saying gambling is bad, because gambling is good for kill boredom and enjoy to play like online games. Most people see gambling is harm and bad, that's why they're convince anyone if they're care with the gambler and make sure the gambler not become an addict.

Similar like cigarette where it's always an advertisement about smoking is bad, after all they're want to promote their brand.

Or it is the casino's disclaimer that they are not responsible for anything bad that can happen to you because you are gambling like a shithead.

Sure, on the flipside, reminders like these denotes a positive tone, however you can't be sure if these entities actually cares to some random dude playing on their website. At the end of the day, their goal is to make money by providing some sort of entertainment where gamblers can enjoy.

I don't think there are so called moral obligations for casinos, they are in the business of making money, and just like any other business, they want more people to patronized them and will have them to lose in order for casinos to profit.

Of course there are this thing called responsible gambling introduce by many casinos now.

But how many gamblers do you think know about this one? or even if they know it, are they going to practice it?

I don't believe online casinos enjoy seeing a gambler lose money. The loss of gamblers is the process of gambling sites.
But if gamblers are winning, there would be no casino or other gambling sites, but I like the fact that gambling sites still make it clear for gamblers to use little amount of money that they can afford to lose.

It is also logical to believe that if they could assess visitors for gambling addiction, those who failed the test would be banned from signing up.
Signing up is the easiest thing to do, even the questions about gambling addiction is only suggested by some gambling sites and not in a way it is compulsory. They are what that even a 15 year old person can know about.

Any thoughts?
Who is going to be addicted will be but it is good that gambling sites do advice their users to visit the recommended page to know the do not for not to become addicted.
