Hasta la Bitcoin siempre!
Hi,

I'd like a refund of my 6 shares for 300$ via Paypal sent as gift.

azenor - $300 PP - 6 Shares

Thanks.

I'm on Jupiter 2 still, I have not got a refund.

I've sent PMs, mails, neo-asics contact form... nothing.

I have been refunded  Shocked

I guess only the PP people will be refunded. What a shame...

Hasta la Bitcoin siempre!

I personally can understand it actually and also understand if an emotional state is that fragile, where you completely abandon a project with $40k of other peoples money is at stake then either A. It should be handed off to someone who can officially take over or should be canceled and all funds should be returned.  What if his depression, God forbid, hits again and he fails to get the miners running for weeks at a time.  Something like that, when time is one of the biggest factors in bitcoin land, would be detrimental to this group buy.

+ 1

Yes. This is business and not an understanding and considerate kindergarten nor a depression support group.

What about handing it over to danieldaniel in case he is interested?

Although the best thing would be to cancel this whole totally annoying mess and repay everybody. But I guess that's difficult.

Hello guys,

I just sent JohnK my KNC account and password so he can verify the purchases of the machines.

Please hold on tight... He will be able to confirm everything...

prodigits has told me via skype that since the refunds stain knc's credibility, that if the majority of people want a refund en masse instead, that would be a possibility, but individual refunds are difficult. he also said raging is trying to prove ownership by any means necessary.

I can confirm my conversation with Noitev, I've been going back and forth with ragingazn628 and JohnK so I'm confident the KnCMiner orders will be verified with visual proof in the next 24 hours with a screenshot being provided by JohnK.

I've also been discussing proposed solutions with Noitev on how best to handle the current situation. We will be meeting up in person this weekend and will actively come up with a resolution for everybody involved.

What makes this whole thing completely ridiculous is why you are posting this stuff and not the OP.  I mean, he's posted on new threads and projects.  He's spoken to you.  Is he 12 years old and to scared and embarrassed  to return and try and save this group buy?  This is what is raising red flags and confusion.  We'll at least this is confusing me.

In a sense, ya there's still some emotional stigmas involved as well that can't be understood by people who haven't been through depression. All I can say is that he is trying to get back slowly. You will see more posts by him as the days go by. I'm just tryin to mediate at this point, JohnK can attest to that fact.

Oh wow what happened here...

It's been some time since I checked this thread. It seems like there has been some major drama.
Can somebody please bring me up to speed what the current situation is? Has OP disappeared?

I got 10 shares @ 5 btc in this. Are we (trying to) get a refund? If so, I want in on that.

So, I talked to prodigits (on his neoasics Skype), and he seems like a pretty cool guy.  It still could obviously be a sock-puppet, but I doubt a sockpuppet would take the time to voice-chat and text-chat with me on Skype.

He basically wanted people to "calm down".  He also invited me to a conference call with KNC Miner (that'll be happening soon, we're still working out a time) and John K.

Prodigits is the person that's building the Avalon ASIC's, apparently, so that's how he knows ragingazn.

I still haven't talked to raginazn, so I'm not sure what's up with him, but prodigits seems to want to help out.

This is what they want. This proves nothing and possibly buys time.
Again I want to point out that even if the miners are on order these guys are going to fuck you. If it is this sketchy ordering imagine the bullshit you will hear when it comes time for dividends.
I have not heard John K say he is working on anything with these guys other than "it doesn't look good"  Embarrassed

Tom  (tom.technologies) why don't your meet with Daniel in person in CT and show him the orders forget a KNC conference call.
If all this is validated by a non puppet then he should put coins in an account as collateral with John K if he is serious about continuing this. Other than that there is no salvaging here guys be logical. Think about it all of this could have been solved in ten minutes by posting the orders here on BT.

If he can't even post in this thread you have to be nuts to listen to some guy with a newly created account with or without Skype. If you have Paypal do yourself a favor and get your money back.
The rest of us will be bent over.

+1 to this entire post.
Even if the miners are ordered, I still want out of this trainwreck ASAP.

+1 to refunding everything as well. It is the best thing to do right now and I'm sure even if it has been paid for (which it hasn't judging by the blockchain balances), KNC should be willing to refund the preorder.

Has anyone taken any legal action yet, or is that an pause?

I'm going to wait until the conference call, and see how I feel after that.

I mean, I have 6 years to do it.

Yes, wait for the call. But if there's still any doubt, we should go and pay him a visit. No witch hunt or roughing up. No stupid stuff, let's stay reasonable. But this would clear a few things up for us and give him enough reason to do something besides delaying. I mean, even if the things he says are true, he's started a second project! This is insane!

Hey, did you manage to collect enough info for a small claims court? I feel lonely since I paid by PP.
