‘Exhibition? Make it a real fight,’ Manny Pacquiao tells Floyd Mayweather after ‘nonsense’ Tokyo claim.

Look at this recent news about the exhibition match of Pacquiao and Mayweather. The drama is getting hotter, lol.
You think guys, Mayweather is afraid to the real fight on rematch with Manny Pacquiao?
It seems that Manny Pacquiao denied this exhibition match.
We don't know it yet if Pacman said it because it seems like someone is twisting the story to make their headlines interesting. But i like how Pacman said it, like he really wants a real fight that he really want to beat Mayweather. I wonder if this exhibition fight will continue since Pacman doesn't want to have it.

But we love to see a rematch that's all. Even if Pacquaio losses and not the favorite at least there's no more 'what if' situation and debates all over the boxing community. I think the ball in on Floyd's camp, Pacquaio still proves himself by winning against a young and game Keith Thurman. I'm sure Pacquaio will continue to fight, even Bernard Hopkins said that Pacquiao can break his record and says that Pacquiao can even fight well into his 50's, if he wanted to.

I think fight sport audiences need to be a bit more realistic and in tune with the industry.

One of them retired as the richest boxer ever, the other one is now into politics and fighting like a hobby. If these two guys were ever to go in the ring together again, it would be for yet another farcical money grab, which the 1st match totally was  Wink.

Mayweather played defensively, won, Pacquaio could not tear through his defense, nothing exciting happened in the entire match, when they were both fitter and more active in boxing, so why should any intelligent human being be so curious about how their hypothetical 2nd retirement match would play out...

So I heard there's a possibility for a rematch. Pretty sure it would be boring again. Floyd will do the same, run and gun, nothing else. I'm more interested if Pacquiao will face a different one rather than watching a boring rematch. We won't expect Floyd to go all out, of course, that's Floyd, it's about money and clean record even with worse feedback because of his fighting style. Nothing new.

I don't think that he is hungry for fame and money. He has earned a lot of money during his peak years and it may not be one if the important factors for him.
No mate, what I only mean is he continue to aim higher despite of all the big accomplishments he attained. For me he remains hungry for victory in a sense that he still act like the underdog in his every match. We can see that Game Face On attitude was always there, he never underestimates his opponent whether they got big names or not. He is not the typical king we hear in fairytales but a true warrior instead Smiley.

And besides they are both have good in life now, just like Paquiao, aside from that He has a a lot of big businesses which he built, He was also a public local officials now in the government as a Senator to his country.
It's okay for me if Manny finally retire on his boxing career because he's not getting younger anymore which is I guess a valid reason and besides he already prove a lot — future Hall of Famer in the making. But I can't really understand why he  continue his journey; he now got a lot of money, fame and power yet it seems he's still hungry for more. Well, maybe his passion never fades that's why. So I guess we can't do anything regarding this issue, if he wanted to fight as long as Roberto Duran did then we can't make him stop Grin.

He is 40 years old, and if he want then he can fight for another 2 years. But in order to do that, he has to sacrifice his other career options (especially politics). I don't think that he is hungry for fame and money. He has earned a lot of money during his peak years and it may not be one if the important factors for him. I guess the defeat against Floyd in 2015 still haunts him and he is desperate for revenge.

I don't actually like this fight coming into reality although I have to admit that this is still being pushed by certain people. I don't expect Mayweather fights to be entertaining anymore. Manny Pacquiao, on the one hand, is getting old also. He is not anymore the fighter that looks for blood in his matches. But this fight is still getting hype from all over even if it is clearly only for the sake of money. Bob Arum has released a remark once again hinting the suggestion for this fight to happen.
More on testing the water if the fans are still going to push and hype this fight to happen. There's still news and some social media talks about making this into reality. If Bob Arum will take it seriously and begin to mediate, chances that both fighters will sit and talk about their positions and what would be
the best for both camps in order to settle.

Though without the interest from the supporters' side, this will not happen knowing that Mayweather always after for the big cash.

Regardless of how aware we are that this fight is just for the money, yet we cant deny the fact that there are still those people who wants to see a rematch just to satisfy their desire to put a stain on Mayweather's record, plus Pacman's redemption from that very controversial fight. These both fighter are aging, they might not meet the audiences' expectations, but both of them is a big name in the boxing  discussions. So, might as well it will be considered as an exciting match, not expecting something special from the action in the ring, but exciting in a way that everyone is watching out for Mayweather's first loss, or worse a knockout.

Before, I was really eager to watch the fight between this two great fighter. But now, I'm not interested anymore to watch neither to wait on their fight schedule if there is a closure agreement will happen, But I had a doubt on this. And besides they are both have good in life now, just like Paquiao, aside from that He has a a lot of big businesses which he built, He was also a public local officials now in the government as a Senator to his country.

I'd still be interested, in case it is a full 12-round match. On the other hand if both agree on an exhibition match, that is going to last no more than 15 minutes, then I guess I will be skipping it. They should not underestimate their fans. Mayweather don't want to do the hard work, and yet he wants all the money. Things don't work that way. In case he wants to fight Manny, then let him go for a full 12-round fight.

Mayweather is very careful in protecting his record but all the boxing fans know how boring his style is. An exhibition will not give much of an excitement as compared to the real fight. But I don't think Mayweather will change his style in the ring, same old boring tactics, counting punches, running away, and more running. Enough of this!

I'm happy that I'm not alone seeing how boring Mayweather fight, his kind of style is hard to beat by any boxer, even Manny which is known as a heavy puncher and has a good footwork can't beat him, their last fight, Mayweather won by UD, and that pretty tells how he dominate Manny in that fight.
Add me in the list that got bored everytime Mayweather has a fight but I need to watch him with against Pacquiao because I want to see him loss in whichever Manny wanted too.and that’s the only reason I am seeing him fight over theming, other than Against Manny no way that I will watch him Playing “Marathon” inside the ring
Quote

Now, we like rematch because we are not convinced but Manny has slowed down a bit, he needs to hit Mayweather with his heavy punch to knock him down, he has to be patient and study his move again, but all that will only be applied if the rematch will finally happen.
Exactly that’s what all fans of Pacquiao or even Mayweather wanted to seal the issue with another fight to find the true champion

That's his bread and butter, not to be hit that's why he really hasn't taken any damage throughout his career, but majority of the boxing fans doesn't like that at all.
It's because most of us want the classic action in boxing, punch there, straight hook, upper right, etc.

Yes, that's what I'm trying to say, boxing is an old school sports. Brutal but as humans, this is what we wanted to see. That's why we don't like the style of Floyd but it is very effective but honestly this also bring fans to watch his fight and that's why we are clamouring for a Pacquaio rematch but unfortunately he only wants a exhibition match so that he won't take damage and easily win millions of dollars again.

Does Mayweather think that promoters would still promote his fight? Well, i can't say they can't but since money will always make someone to move. And even the judges were waiting for his boring fight again to accept an easy money without giving an effort of the fight.

I could call it as a great chef in boxing history and also a boring chicken fighter making money from its fans.
I don't know why fans still go pay and watch his boring fights defeating low level boxers.

When they met the first time both boxers were past their prime. Mayweather fought a very defensive technical match, and Pacquiao,

while exhibiting some fast hands, couldn't do enough damage at all. Mayweather won without any controversy,

but really the whole affair was quite boring, like a dance of the retirees...

Now that they are even older, and one of them is officially retired, I don't think a rematch would gather much interest...

Manny all ready stated in an interview that he is not interested in Mayweather's proposal of an exhibition match. It would be more boring than their previous March if this happens and I doubt they can make more money from this.
I didn't knew about this that he already answered and gave a statement about the said exhibition. Well, Manny isn't for the exhibition but he's for the real deal, I guess I'm right if he already said it to that interview?
