they appear to be 130 cf. max  and  maybe 12 watts max.  as there are .74 amp and 1 amp specs.

that is 9 to 12 watts a fan speed = 3600 rpm max and 130 cfm max

Pretty low static pressure on them .44

yep  means the scythe should work   use less power move more air and sound quieter.

note that is for a guy with one or 2 of them.

if I had 28 pandas I would want a faster fan with a little more balls.  maybe a delta

Agreed there, depending on cooling, may need to supplement with external fans as an option to replacing

this does 133 cfm at 3000 rpm and maybe a little quieter

it uses .6 amp max = 7.2 watts

Just came in like 20 min ago 4/5/2017!  Review is incoming very soon!  Here is a few pics to wet the whistle

Those are like the leaked photos I saw -- I'm sure this will be answered in time but how long is it -- what are dimensions?

Well on second glance, it looks like they eliminated the 4th fan that blows air across CPU in final design.

I will use this for cons: (more to come)

If you use a HDMI to HDMI Connection you might skip right past POST
If you have the cover off be careful not to cut yourself
need a pen or stick to turn on as power button is recessed
can't fit full size card in
Can't adjust power because the card has a crappy voltage core.

At first glance it looks pretty decent.  A little big basically 4U at 6.5 Inches tall.  If you pop the cover off be careful because the edges are sharp and will cut the hell out of you.  Kind of like the old days with those atx cases you would leave your DNA in all the time.  After it running for 6 hours its doing 230mhs out of the box on ETH at 1180 Watts.  Seems quieter even though it is about 70db at a meter away.  Its more of a deep hum instead of a high pitch squeal like the B1.

It's well packaged like usual.  Open it up and everything is secure.  I wish it had 4 fans on each side but it might be enough.  It boots up like a champ, you might have an issue with HDMI connection, I had to use HDMI to DVI plug on my monitor to see it in POST mode so I could go in and change the power setting.  Once in desktop its in ENGLISH! That's a damn good start considering the pain of trying to load it on the B1.  you can modify the pool and wallet and it will mine like a champ.  I recommend Claymores 9 because it don't take 93 years now to load cards.  It has Teamviewer loaded already withe the code on the side.  Change your PW.  I personally like VNC so I uninstall it and use VNC.

It's a pretty decent box and a pretty good price if you are fortunate to be able to get one.  I think the big farms are buying them as soon as they come available.

Eliovp is working on some roms so we will test that as well.  All in all, pretty happy with it.

It's basic, does exactly what it says and honestly better than the B1.

*** WARNING ***
The shipped bios on the first shipment of pandas to me and heliox seem unstable.  Out of 20 i was getting about 5-7  crash within hours of being turned on.  With heliox bios they have been running for 24 hours no crashes.  I think panda is coming out with a release or they already addressed it and new ones have it.  They will send it to me and I will post it on this review for a link to download.  Sorry can not post heliox bios as that is his and he is not free  Tongue
*** UPDATE ***
They sent me a new bios right away and I am testing it to make sure it is more stable.  Then I will post it.
Confirmed it's a little better rom here is the link it is zipped with the rom and instructions direct from panda in them.  There is no virus attached but if you don't trust me then don't download it.  http://zeus.iron-vault.com/bct/pandab3bios.zip
