As pangolinminer promised to ship out before 31 august 2019, in fact they dint do it , during august 31-sep 15 pangolinminer still selling instant stock which is usd 4000, that mean they purposely dragged pre order customer stock and selling it for higher price to make profit , they thought microbt have enough stock to supply but guess what,  they were wrong . This issue happen because of pangolinminer greedy , they wanted to earn more but sacrifice our pre order customer profit . Now they are just keep silent , without answering any email . what a coward.

Because Pango is a buyer directly from MicroBT, they will probably get some sort of compensation from the manufacturer. I doubt Pango will share that compensation with their customers.

I posted  microbt's tweet  if you read between the lines  it appears they are pointing a finger at pangolinminer


The part of the tweet that appears to place blame on pangolin is as follows:

"...Secondly, some third party sales channels have possibly promised the customer's delivery date earlier than the date agreed between WhatsMiner and the channel in the contract..."

I would post every place pangolinminer is and everyplace Microbt is  and ask directly  wtf is the story.

If neither answers  then I would post both should pay some coin or coupon for the delay.

Saying "fuck you blow me bitch you are a thief"  is not the way to get some $$ back.

this is  an appeal to peakmining  to act like a businessman  about the delay.

He can ask the 2 parties  for a better explanation and what they intend to give him for the delay.

Seems there were issues with chip delivery to microBT causing delays. Though this shouldn't affect customer service.

As to whom to blame you can blame Pangolinminer and choose to ignore MicroBT the manufacturer if you want to do this it is your choice.

I see this as a fail on MicroBT not Pangolinminer.  What I don’t like is MicroBT is not offering people like you any compensation.  But if you dealt with them directly they say they will compensate you.

So basically they left Pangolinminer out to dry. Which means MicroBT the builder has fucked you and many others hard.

Btw as I type bitmain directly promised me coupons due to me on sept 18th which I would use right now.

Guess what no coupons and today is the 22 so they fucked me less hard then you but they still fucked me.

So far a four day delay on the coupons.

And Innosilicon was 9 days late on my gear a t3 t50 cost me 100 bucks. They offered me zero compensation on it.  I purchased it with a reseller Minefarmbuy that did give me a refund .

So. Bitmain failed me innosilicon failed me. But the reseller Minefarmbuy did the right thing.

You posted nasty against Pangolinminer I don’t know what they will or can do to help.

But telling them fuck you you suck is pretty dumb move.
Be a professional and post us info about your attempt to get compensation.

Be patient about it. If you ask properly you may get some compensation.

Pin down MicroBT on the tweet they wrote as they hint that Pangolinminer was deceptive.  So if they will answer that exactly.  Yes we told Pangolinminer the correct time .  Right now. At this moment you are not sure if pangolin is a villain if MicroBT is a villain or if they worked together.  Lastly you don’t know if the wafer cutter was bribed to delay MicroBT.

So. Work at finding that out.

This is how pangolinminer promise me before buying !!!
After that they keep selling instant stock which is usd 4000 and dragged my order, now they said manufacturer microbt have problem with the delay of chipset delayed for 3 weeks. If they ship it out before august 31, I think our as pre order customer already mining.
Pangolinminer also wont pay any compensation for the delay, they are like cheater , fxcking liar, company like bitmain wont have such issue, only small company wont care about their reputation will do it.

My advise is don't buy any whatsminer units from anyone  until the delays are fixed.

I found the tweet from the original  builder of the gear and posted it yesterday. in the link above.

there will be at least a 2-3 week delay of all gear.  and since pangolin is a reseller not the builder  micobt.  you may have issues on getting some adjustment for the delays

they keep selling m20s for instant buyer with Usd4000 but dragging pre order customer stocks, if anyone ask in telegram about the issue, pangolinminer will delete the question and ban the user, that's why nobody complaint in telegram group, now August batch stock nobody receiving yet, if asking no1 will reply , this is how pangolinminer work.

i still waiting for a shipping out ... 15th September was the deadline -.-

FWIW, they have been pretty responsive with me over email.

I don't think it's anything out of the ordinary. They just have nothing to say. The supply has been sold for the next 3 months, they have already answered a few times in telegram that all hosting was sold as well. They did mention that they would update it with a pin once there is more available. I can't see it now on mobile but I thought they also pinned the available firmware versions.

Pretty sure they just set the channel up to support itself until they have something sales wise to mention. I do know that the responses have been slow but a few people on Kano pool have received short basic responses for machines they have hosted. I had a laugh when last week I got a bunch of emails when they updated the system with delivered for my February orders.

DHL pickup notifications have started to appear

they were very good from dec 2017 to august 2019.

but  something occurred in august 2019.

They have not posted on their telegram page for 2 weeks  last post was from sean on august 20.
they used to post all the time.
So a spell from August 20 to Sept 5 is a very long time for them to not post.

Shipping notifications went out for in stock miners today.

Something is odd with pangolin and their telegram channel they have gone silent for a week iirc.  Not sure what is up but they are not replying to anyone on the official channel.

Does anyone have any info if something is up?

Pangolin has M20s and M21s shipping "soon".

They had M20 45 Th/s15 in stock a couple weeks ago and were down to 2 when I snagged one.
They seem to have a few units here and there that pop up for quick shipping (at a premium price of course, I paid just over $3000 with shipping).
At the moment they have 12 M20S 68 Th/s in stock 1-2 day shipping, (and of course at a premium price) These ones are listed as Demo Units.

I have seen the same happen with Pangollinminer as well for limited stock
