actually playing with panic conditions is not very profitable better play relax and understand the graphics condition of the coin if you can not analyze the possibility you will only be hooked by fake pump and dump.
We are in a situation where we need to stand with the decision that we made when we invested. Investing entails both profit and loss. If we trust our guts because we made the right thing before we invest well i think there is also reason to panic buy if you have the money to invest. If you are in need of money why not panic sell also.

Panic sell gives losses every time because market revive after every fall and if you sell in panic, you always feel bad. Always buy when the market takes support and sell when market touch its resistance.
I trust more from my intuition so if I doubt the coin then it's better for me to hold my Crypto Assets than having a greater chances of risking your altcoins.

As i were saying in another thread, you must take the risk, invest at your own research and never follow the others. Theres some uptrends that you must follow. Also, acting fast without any fear could make you earn a lot. Don't follow the fomo or Fud. Use your brain and you will become a billioneer.
The simple truth and solution here is just one - the distinction between a lazy investor and a tireless one.

I think we can get a good chance from panic buy and panic sell because I am sure that the price itself will become higher and if it's down, it will down too deep. so if we have the money, then we can prepare to make a buy order and for sale, I think we need to wait for the price to reach at the top of the level so we can sell by instant or use the order sell.
Obviously we buy at a low rate and sell at a time of rising trends, I usually benefit from altcoin trading by buying it when the altcoin is rising 2-3% then sell back when the price has increased 7-15% and buyback back at when the correction, but it is with the condition of a very thorough analysis, if we just follow the trend of friends or community usually we are always stuck at high rate and the result should be Cutloss.

I usually profit from trading when i see some slide on the price i usually buy dips of different altcoins because some do panic selling and i spend around 30%-50% of my bankroll then just wait again for the price to go high. If suddenly some of my altcoins won't have a chance to go high again then i will sell it at loss but around 10-20% only then find another investment just to take back the losses.
I tried to catch all panic sells and panic buys, but around 80% i missed and had some minus, so i prefer to just hodl now and dont move my investment.

I have experienced the same events as you are it will make you worry, better buy after your belief with you see the condition and graph of the coin and control your emotions or your patience when the price drops. the key patience to profit.
being impatient is a very bad situation. I made $ 1400 because I was in a hurry. We can say that I suffered from snow. but luck with all of the stuff. 
If you knowledgeable enough to analyze the situation you will do the hold until 3 months or more and if you have funds you can do panic buying since the market are red colors dipping is so hard result a great opportunity to buy decent coins but dont do panic selling it well make you broke
When I was starting out, I felt the need to panic sell as I truly believed that the crypto was completely going to be worth zero and i needed to sell out to keep what I had left. Needless to say, I lost a fair bit of money this way, and only for the coin to bounce right back AFTER i've sold... oh the frustration!
Now with more experience under my belt, I tend to just hodl until I make some sort of profit, and this has worked out well for me. It might take some time sometimes, but its better than panic selling.

It is better to keep your calm at all the times and also do not panic buy or panic sell buy few if its cheap keep calm if you buy know and if the token goes dump to dead you might regret it . It is better to keep calm whenever you buy it or sell
