We can not avoid panic buy or sell because that natural emotion but we can minimize loss from wrong trade by use stop loss. I been loss alot of money in this long bear market but i keep learning from it, i know already my mistake and i have already strategy how to handle that, at the moment i keep hold all my digital asset while waiting for next bull market, i keep patient waiting for until that coming because i believe bull market sure will coming soon or later.
Panic buying and panic selling is a very wrong thing anyone should do. I suggest before you buy any coin, do your research, have a reason for buying the coin ,by so doing, even when the price of the coin is going down, you wouldn't be bothered because you know it will surely balance up in price. Panic selling will make you loss your money ,sometimes when you sell out of panic you regret because the prices sometimes goes up.

I cannot imagine some investment decision that would be profitable when you make it in panic. You should always be cold blooded and if you make a decision to sell your coins it should have a strong background and not just why everyone is selling.
