As a Bitcoin trader who has known Bitcoin for so long, we certainly understand well that the rise and fall of the Bitcoin price movement because of the fundamental factors of media coverage in the media is not surprising. usually, in the event of a fall in prices, conditions will not last long or are temporary. As time passes, when good news comes about Bitcoin, prices will usually tend to rise again.

That made Bitcoin's price drop dramatically. Although you know it, you do not sell but there will be a lot of people scared and they will sell. This made many people dumping, and the price of Bitcoin was falling. At that time, for fear of losing money, you also have to sell. That's the crowd effect and it's hard to avoid when someone wants to make a dump
There are people who are scared of the price dump, maybe they are new or they just don't understand the nature of the market.
People who have big patience will survive here, so always learn from your mistakes so you will not easily panic and loss the opportunity to ride on a great investment.
Exactly! There are few things which you need to control. The most important things amongst all other things is to refrain yourself from such kind of things which can result in panic selling. Panic selling cannot add any useful thing. In fact. It will only result in loss of money as well as regret for whole of your life. You need to keep a very good control on your emotions especially at the time when the prices are falling down, else you will suffer.

Actually panic selling occurs merely affected by emotions. Whenever they see their holding dips, they panicked and dont they know what to do. I think stocks/coins that dips deeply is just a normal thing that happens in a market, but I think what is not normal is when emotions are attached to investors and let them affect your trading. I think the best way to do this is when it dips just close your broker’s site and get back to them after few days/ weeks. At least in this way, you will not be tempted to sell. Just always remember before entering your trade you must have a trading plan and execute it no matter what. Whether you have to wait for your target profit of just cut loss and buy back at the bottom.

What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?

All of these activities must have an effect, as well as the increasingly popular bitcoin alone to date. I think, the more sales or purchase of bitcoin makes bitcoin more popular and the price will continue to increase. What I'm worried about is a hacker who hijacked our bitcoin wallet account if bitcoin prices continue to rise.

According to your scenario, this won't really affect bitcoin's price because the one who dumped are two persons only, the small drop on bitcoin's price can easily bring back by the large number of investors out there. But if we assumed that all the holders dumped their btc then I'm very sure that a very big drop will occur, and that's only the worse part. The worst part is when all holders dumped their btc already and no one wants to buy it again, when this happens, bitcoin will become valueless.

The existence of bitcoin or any other currency depends on Buying and Selling. If one of this became unbalance then something unfavorable might happen for us.
Only those will go for selling off bitcoin who do not have sound knowledge about the currency but those who are experts in this are not going to sell off their bitcoin at any cost. Rather they will start buying bitcoin at cheap rates.

I can bet my all bugs on this that bitcoin is never ever going to lose its value because it has very strong market by now and has already made a lot of people damn rich.
Not really the opinion you tell here is a true one , an experts sometimes have to make a cutloss in the panic selling time.
You know why not everytime the price freefalling could get revovered.
The cutloss itself could be done for different reasons , i mean everything about bitcoin is uncertain you might really have to follow that kind panic selling trends.
Yeah because panic selling also sometimes help you. I once encountered a situation where there was panic selling happen and at that time I did a cutlosse and luckily I did that because the price kept dropping so I did not get bigger losses so I can start buying at a low price when the price stops going down to recover my loss. panic selling is not always bad

It only  happen wheb every where and its triggered people to sell their bitcoin as they don't want to see that they can not make a big money. i think its funny because we see that before the price is raise into $1xxx, the price is too slow to increase, but for the down price,

Yeah and most of the panic sellers are noobs who just bought in recently too. They buy in at the top and then sell at the bottom or below what they bought in for. All noobs are bound to face this reality at some point or another in Bitcoin, it is only a matter of time. Grin

This is a classical problem to any market really, the problem is when the majority of participants are involved at the higher price.   It becomes top heavy and more liable to a price reset.   Its easier for long term holders to continue holding but more critical for those who purchase at a higher price to also sell at the higher price.

The market participants become lopsided to speculative growth over actual trade increases, at some point a fallback to a more realistic price occurs.    Here is the macro economic view from real world markets, so its kinda similar to crypto and how it tries to innovate for value in various schemes that may or may not work.

Even though Bitcoin is not leveraged in its outset, there is an accumulation of expectations of return that can outpace actual growth.    Growth though fast must be observed and some benefit gained before the price is justified but a market can become purely speculative.  Hence a top heavy triangle type weight distribution to markets occurs.   What puzzles me about BTC now is why the rate of change increases and is not more steady

If you think of panic selling you should not sell just hold and keep the track of bitcoin performance with the short time bounce back is proven so you need to sell and hold till your decided target to be reached by bitcoin. Even now the bitcoin at 10000 USD it did the correction and again take off this shows the consistency of bitcoin rate performance.

you have just mentioned SOMEONE so stands for individual.i dont see any effect on bitcoin really unless you said EVERYBODY that would make btc drops like a broken faucet.bitcoins is a dominant coins on all crypto currency and you think that simple matter will make bitcoin down?i dont think so
Yes it’s true that bitcoin don’t accept panic because it’s a digital currency and its price is connected with market trade and sometime its price will be high and sometime its price it be low because if you stop checking the price of bitcoin so you can lose your money and I’m sure that everyone will check the price of bitcoin every day because it’s very important for traders and investors if you sell your bitcoins without knowing price so then it’s very hard to come back.

This is always possible and can happen any time. What Im more worry is that some of major exchanges will be closed and that will make panic sell again.
Panic selling is not a good idea for all of the users of bitcoin, panic selling would not be able to make us rich in the future, so my advice is dont ever do panic selling , just always trust your coin you are holding and believe that when the value of that coins will dump, it will pump again so just hold and dont do panic selling.

if most users with a lot of bitcoins in their wallets then do the same thing as selling their bitcoin out of panic will certainly have an effect on the bitcoin market. maybe bitcoin prices could go down a few percent because of their act? yeah it happens because they can not be patient and do not see the potential possessed bitcoin in the future. assume a few years ago people knew that bitcoin could reach $10k of course they would not panic and sell their bitcoin
Let those people panic on their own because that is better to have a market that there will be lesser amount of people that will do panic selling because as of now, the price of bitcoin is not yet stable because the people are hesitating for bitcoin to hold it for long term or not. If we will see another wave of panic selling then i will be happy to grab those cheap bitcoins and add them into my long term holdings.

We can't blame those newcomers on bitcoin to dump the price, they're just noobs and got easily swayed by manipulation so instead of whining, just take the dump as opportunity to buy more bitcoins and hold.

It is a human nature who gets panic quickly due to which this will always happen. If you are completely into this day in and day out then it will be easy for you all to know how the market behaves, which direction it can move in coming time etc. But for majority of them I think that if the price goes up they take out the profits. And as soon as the fall comes they sell out so that they do not loose the money .

you can't blame the people who panic selling, just take a look at the price of Bitcoin nowadays, no one knows if it will continue to grow or will dump without warning so most of people can't help but to panic sell, yea we all know that Bitcoin is erratic and volatile in nature, but with the value of it nowadays, surely we can't just rely on that.
