I myself experienced panic when selling tokens, and instead worsened the price of tokens. And I realize panic sell is very influential on prices in the market. I should be more patient again, because of the panic I sold all my tokens. And what happens token prices are destroyed.

they not only panic on the market but they also panic on social media and create an FUD from their conversations and also influence other friends and it makes every person he knows sells his assets because of that the crypto price always down.

How do panic selling affects the market and why does it affects the coins value?
Yes probably. Because the traders are making reckless trade value just to get their tokens to get sold. But it would only affect the market if the trader has a high volume of tokens. But if the trader has low volume tokens, it would just bounce back immediately.

of course it will affect the price of coins because everyone does not think and will sell at any price and that also causes a significant price decline

panic sales will always occur it is always done by those people who entered the market recently and do not understand that you need to wait until the market grows, of course, all this negatively affects the growth of the entire market, but it is always temporary, after such sales almost always comes a good growth. Panic selling really does effect on the token/coin's price because it makes it's valued lower. Some users/investors especially those that are new Cryptocurrency will simply sell their tokens because of FUD they have heard. Less than they are of these things and they just simply dump their crypto to make their money safe. But they don't really know how it will really affect the token's price and the market itself. If we will just educate those who do not understand the market, I think we can manage the market more.

During the panic selling, the price of the coin starts to decline sharply, this makes other users also sell their coins. After that, many lose confidence in the cryptocurrency and forget about common sense sell coins at a loss.

Panic is one of the most difficult processes for us. Perhaps the most difficult obstacle to overcome. Those who can remove it from themselves can make good returns in the market with logical decisions.

If a lot of people are panic selling then the price will naturally go down. That is the best time to buy and pick up some great bargains. Panic selling is for newbies who don't believe in the value of their investment or for people trying to dump a soon to be delisted scam coin.

Buying when panic is not the best idea. Because it's panic. The bottom is unknown. It's like to catch a knife. Better to wait the consolidation of the price and buy then

We should not panic. I think that all our decisions should be deliberate. This will lead to great success.

Those people who already have experience of trading at such periods have long understood that panic sales and purchases are accompanied by large amounts of data that are clearly manipulated, those who understand this always earn on people who do not understand it.
I agree especially those people who are now selling clearly remain forever in the big cons , I would not sell at such a time cryptocurrency, it is better to take the opposite and buy some promising coins !

When the people panic sell to one coin, that all the investors will lose their faith in this altcoins, and the price will keep drop down again, and I have saw many time when the altcoins drop into the dip, it never will grow again, that why so many dead altcoins in the coinmarketcap.
Maybe panic is only for ordinary people, because old investors will know which is better.

Pro investors also don't know what will happen exactly. But they can estimate and calculate risks to avoid much loss while panic at the market

The circulating FUD really affected the mentality of investors, especially those who were new because they were still not familiar with the market so they easily panicked if there was bad news or the market went down deep enough.

so we as Bitcoin holders should know Bitcoin more and market movements so that we don't panic easily.

However, this makes sense, think how much money was lost in scam projects (3 billion dollars), it is better to let investors fear investing until the market recovers and the amount of scam decreases.
Such a huge amount, but at the same time there are not so many people in the crypto currency as it could be, so if you think about it, it is still a small price that is paid for the experience, the other people will be smarter to invest

How do panic selling affects the market and why does it affects the coins value?
panic sales must have a reason. whether it's because of bad news about the coin or even the price that starts to fall. surely people who hold the coin will feel lost and they will panic for sale. and that can affect the value of the coin on the market

If we think further, there are already many investors who have been harmed by many ICO projects nowadays so that a lot of their money is trapped on altcoin so that the dominance of Bitcoin decreases and has an impact on market prices.

So let's wait whether this year is the time for Crypto to bounce back or even worse than 2018.

How do panic selling affects the market and why does it affects the coins value?

Panic selling in some case, attracts other investors to sell also their holdings on exchanges. Nothing worse than creating huge hype that turns the market in a worse condition than before.
