This is quite true if I may say so. The thing about trading is in order for us to be successful in this industry, we really need to be patient. We must learn to observe and wait for our respective trade's value to become higher in order for us to learn, and there are some cases where we think it's the highest and yet it becomes more higher
The past few days are the times when your patience and holding is being tested. If you can withstand the pressure to Sell below Buying price. What I did was not look at Blockfolio app, I was even tempted to remove it from my smart phone so that I will not worry about my investments. Its actually one of the reason why we keep worrying about our investments, its because we have easy access to know how much they are currently worth
You can’t make anything better in your life until you don’t leave the hard work. If you are doing your work with complete sincerity and passion, believe me no one can stop you from being successful person. Hurdles come in the way but don’t lose your hope. Bitcoins have profit hidden in them, don’t get tired when you are digging them along. Patience is very most important in bitcoin. This market keeps bleeding. For someone who joined in January, never seen gains. But kept buying the “dip” till like last week. Ran out of fiat now. The worry is how low will it go, the longer it will take to break even now. And when will those people see gains. How much fiat can one keep pumping. I think we can all agree crypto will moon eventually! Hopefully in the next few months but really no one knows! As i type this it could be the bottom but really we could sink way way further! Im pretty sure i bought a bitcoin 13k thinking it would NEVER.. go below 13k.. hindsight 20/20.
Dips is temerorary, maybe the start of the year wasn't that good but as we see the regulations and implementations of crypto can make the market more secured, who knows by next quarter since there's no banning might happen it will eventually arise.

I think not only patience and holding, sometime need to hurry and quick. But how you should patience and holding or hurry and quick but you should base on good reference and guidance. At least do analysis to decide in trading whether for price prediction or to enter or leave the market. I think most of the trader do some moves that will effect with a great loss with their investment because of the panic mode and the feeling of loosing all of the money that they put with the particular coin. But, the truth is that, We just need to wait and hold until it goes up and will make it to double the amount of your money.
To have patience and be able to hodl you need to forget about your investment and stop checking out the prices every day. You can only do this is if you invested in a coin with strong fundamentals. If the coin is strong than you don't have to worry about it everyday or check its prices but just invest and forget about it.

Right, as the popularity of bitcoin is growing, number of scams are also growing in this community. I think that hackers are getting more determined in what they do because the price of bitcoin keeps on growing even if the price is going on jumps these past few months. People are surely worried when they are joining projects because there are many scam projects today. Even participating on airdrops have security issues. Anyways, people are getting worried and is having a hard time controlling their emotions seeing that the market price can't just have a good increase after the dumps these past months. We can read all over this forum advises to HODL our coins and investments as long as we can. It may be hard but as for me, I will hold my investments and do not have plans to sell.

Well, I agree that it is the long-term storage of Bitcoin that will bring a good profit in the future. But this can not be so constantly, because also bitcoin has some limit on the price. Of course, if you bought cheap prices for Bitcoin, then you can keep them until the time when the price rises. But who will buy Bitcoin from you then? 
I guess patience and holding is the key in trading.
